A road finishing machine comprises a screed for producing a paving layer from a paving material, a material bunker for receiving the paving material, a longitudinal conveying device configured to transport the paving material from the material bunker toward the screed, and a transverse distributor auger configured to distribute the paving material transported by the longitudinal conveying device transversely in front of the screed. The transverse distributor auger is mounted in front of a screed basic body of the screed within a transverse distributor channel, which is formed at least in sections by channel plates supported at a chassis of the road finishing machine, and by pre-scrapers attached laterally of a screed basic body of the screed. The road finishing machine further includes at least one suction device with at least one intake line which is configured to suck off aerosols forming during the transverse distribution of the paving material.

A method is provided for adjusting a temperature of a screed plate of a paving screed of a road paver, wherein the paving screed comprises a heating element for heating the screed plate. The method may include measuring temperature of the screed plate over a time interval using a temperature sensor, and adjusting a target temperature of the heating element, depending on a time profile of the temperature of the screed plate, using a control unit of the road paver.

The road finishing machine furthermore comprises an electronic control system which comprises a memory and a data processor, wherein in the memory, digital construction data, in particular a nominal height profile of a road pavement to be finished, are stored. The control system is configured to automatically control, based on the construction data, an actuator mechanism provided on the road finishing machine, in particular a levelling cylinder and/or a transverse camber adjustment and/or a slope adjustment and/or a berm adjustment, in order to install laying material with the nominal height profile and thereby a defined transverse profile for the respective position coordinate point of the road finishing machine determined with the GNSS receiver.

A road paver comprises a paving screed, wherein the paving screed comprises a tamper, and the road paver further comprises a GNSS receiver and a material conveyor. In addition, the road paver comprises an electronic control system, which comprises a memory and a data processor, wherein digital construction data, in particular a target height profile of a road surface to be paved, a target layer thickness of paving material and, if necessary, a height profile of a roadbase are stored in the memory. The control system is configured to automatically control compaction performance of the paving screed as a function of the target layer thickness in order to pave the paving material for the respective local coordinate point of the road paver determined by the GNSS receiver.

The disclosure relates to a road finishing machine comprising a paving screed for the production of a new road pavement layer of a paving material and a unit provided on the road finishing machine to generate a dynamic compacting specification field based on thermographic geosignals with regard to at least one temperature image that exists behind the paving screed of the road finishing machine for at least one surface section of the newly installed road pavement layer. A construction machine for building or finishing a road, such as a road finisher, comprises at least a working equipment, a display unit and a plurality of sensors. Each sensor is adapted to measure a value of an operating parameter of the construction machine. The sensors are adapted to output data corresponding to the measured values to the display unit, and the display unit is adapted to output a representation of at least a part of the construction machine together with the measured values of the operating parameters.

The conveyor belt system comprises a conveyor belt and one or more weight sensors which are configured to measure weight force of paving material located on the conveyor belt. In addition, the conveyor belt system comprises one or more inclination sensors which are configured to measure an inclination angle and/or a roll angle of the conveyor belt system. The electronic control system is configured to receive and process data from the one or more weight sensors and the one or more inclination sensors to calculate a mass of the paving material.

A road finisher includes an undercarriage, a chassis which is adjustable in height relative to the undercarriage, an electronic control system, and a paving screed which is attached to tie bars, the tie bars each being hinged to the chassis at a pull point and the pull points each being adjustable relative to the chassis by means of a leveling cylinder. The control system comprises a receiving unit configured to detect an actual pull point height, an evaluation unit configured to calculate a deviation of the actual pull point height from a target pull point height caused by a height adjustment of the chassis relative to the undercarriage, and a command unit, which is configured to automatically at least partially correct the deviation by a correction signal sent from the command unit causing a hydraulic controller to adjust at least one of the leveling cylinders.

A road-finishing machine for producing a paving layer from a laying material or a charger vehicle for supplying the road-finishing machine with a laying material. The road-making machine comprises a material bunker, and a pushing means fixed forward of the material bunker at a chassis, such that pushing rollers of the pushing means may dock to rear tires of a truck. The pushing rollers comprise a pair of first pushing rollers mountable in a first position in a seat of a traverse of the pushing means. A method and a road finisher for creating a temperature field of a newly laid paving layer corrected for interfering-related temperature measurement errors. It is recognised that when the paving layer is paved, a measuring point is covered by an interfering object at a first time if, contrary to an expected material-specific cooling at a later second time during paving at the same measuring point, a larger temperature value particularly lying within a nominal temperature range than a temperature value measured to the preceding first time is measured, wherein instead of the temperature value detected at the first time a new temperature value is assigned to the measuring point in the temperature field.

A paving train for producing at least one pavement layer on a traffic surface is formed from at least two independently driven units travelling in a group, such as a road finisher, a road paver, an IP finisher, a feeder, a supply unit or the like. The units move one behind the other at a given distance. In order to enable communication between the units via certain parameters such as speed, material filling level and the like, and in order also to easily control a corresponding distance between the units as well as the corresponding material transfer, a wireless communication link is formed between the units at least for exchanging speeds and/or material filling level.
