An actuating device, particularly for actuating valves connected externally, includes a housing () and a coil body () arranged in the housing. The coil body has a coil winding () at least partially enclosing a coil tube (), a pole core () connected at the coil tube free end, an armature () guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner at least in the pole tube () within an armature chamber () and interacting with an actuating part () for actuating the respective valve part. The pole tube () is designed as a receiving sleeve for the armature (). The sleeve is fixed with its free end region to a fixed bearing point. The fixed bearing point is formed by two support parts () of the pole core () that delimit a receiving gap between them, in which the free end region of the receiving sleeve is fixed in a clamped manner.

Actuating device

An actuating device, particularly for actuating valves that can be connected externally, includes a housing () and a coiled body () in the housing and having a coil winding (). The winding encloses a pole tube () at least partially, having a pole core () connected at its free end. An armature () is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner at least in the pole tube () within an armature chamber () and interacts with an actuating device () for actuating a valve part. The actuating part () is guided within the pole core () along an annular body (), sealing the inside of the pole core () and the pole tube () relative to the surrounding area.

A safety apparatus for avoiding a possible fire risk in an operating magnet supplied with electric current has at least one coil former () arranged in a housing (). A coil winding () is fitted on the coil former and has an operating part () at least partially guided in the coil former (). At least parts of the operating magnet are equipped with active and/or passive safety mechanisms of the apparatus to effectively counteract the risk of fire. The safety mechanisms are no longer arranged remote from the actual event, for example in the form of a fuse in the electrical supply circuit, but rather are directly at the location of the event where the possible fire or scorching situation can directly occur.

Safety apparatus

A displacement sensor system for solenoid coils includes at least two primary coil windings arranged in line on a main coil body to form a primary winding. A secondary coil winding is arranged on top of each primary coil winding to form a secondary winding. This displacement sensor system is configured in such a way that it can be produced in an economical manner and with a reduced length.
