A trim element for a pillar of a body of a motor vehicle is described, in particular for an A pillar, having a main body; an outer side of the main body, which faces toward a vehicle interior in an installed state of the trim element on the pillar, an inner side of the main body, which faces toward the body in an installed state of the trim element on the pillar, a textile element covering the outer side having multiple edge sections folded over onto the inner side, and a bending section, which is formed in the main body, extending essentially along the longitudinal direction of the trim element; and a pivoting section of the main body extending along the bending section.

Trim element for a pillar of a motor vehicle

An automatic transmission having an operator control which has at least one manually actuable switching rocker which is arranged on a steering wheel. A sensor senses the actuation of the switching rocker and is connected via a signal path to a transmission control device of the automatic transmission. The switching rocker and the transmission control device are additionally connected to one another via a second signal path which is independent of the signal path.

Device for operating a parking lock of a motor vehicle and corresponding method

The input key also has an evaluation unit for evaluating the displacement signals and outputting a determined switching state. The input key has at least one analog displacement sensor, at least one digital displacement sensor, and a calibration device for calibrating the analog displacement sensor by using displacement signals measured by the digital displacement sensor. The evaluation unit is designed to carry out self-diagnosis by using calibrated and measured displacement signals.

The invention relates to a device for operating a parking lock of an automatic transmission in motor vehicles, with pawl which interacts with a ratchet wheel, which pawl is impinged upon by a spring energy accumulator () and for disengaging the parking lock can be hydraulically impinged upon against the preload force of the spring energy accumulator () by a hydraulic transmission control with corresponding control valves, wherein the control valves are controllable in accordance with operating parameters of the motor vehicle and a electromagnetically operable locking element (), which in the controlled state in defined operating conditions additionally holds the pawl in the disengaged position. According to the invention, a purely hydraulically acting self locking valve () is integrated in the hydraulic transmission control (), which locking valve maintains the controlled system pressure when the parking lock operation () is pressurized or when the parking lock is disengaged.

Device for operating a parking lock

A clutch transmission, in particular a dual-clutch transmission for a vehicle, such as a motor vehicle, includes at least one automatic transmission with a hydraulically actuatable clutch and at least one hydraulically actuatable gear actuator, and a hydraulic circuit having a tank supplying an unpressurized hydraulic medium and a pressure source supplying a pressurized hydraulic medium. For operating the respective clutch, a first pressure control valve and at least one second pressure control valve are arranged upstream of the respective coupling. At least one of the pressure control valves is connected with an upstream switching device which connects the at least one pressure control valve and a hydraulically actuatable parking lock either with the pressure source or with the tank.
