A support element is provided for the mutual support of a fuel injector in a valve receptacle, e.g., the valve receptacle of a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine, and of the fuel injector against a fuel distribution line. The support element has a clamp, clips and brackets.

Support element

A support element for the mutual support of a fuel injector in a valve seat, in particular of the valve seat of a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine, and of the fuel injector at a fuel distribution line has a clasp and thereon developed radially and axially deformable clips.

A fuel injector for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines has an actuator and a valve needle actuatable by the actuator, which valve needle is in turn coupled to, and actuates, a valve closing body. The valve closing body and a valve seat surface of a valve seat body form a sealing seat. At least one injection opening is formed in the valve seat body, and an elastic vibration element penetrates the injection opening. The elastic vibration element is attached on the inlet side of the injection opening and leaves a portion of cross-section of the injection opening free.

Fuel injector

A fuel injector, in particular a high-pressure injector for directly injecting fuel into a combustion chamber of a mixture-compression, spark-ignition internal combustion engine, which is characterized in that on a valve seat element a conical section is formed having a valve seat surface, to which an outlet opening is immediately connected on the downstream side. The outlet opening has an intake plane, an outlet plane, and a central axis, the central point of the intake plane being offset with respect to the valve longitudinal axis and the central axis running diagonally with respect to the valve longitudinal axis. Upstream of the valve seat element a disk-shaped swirl element is arranged, which can be used both for generating a right swirl as well as a left swirl.

Fuel injection valve

A fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine has a fuel distributor, which has a plurality of connecting pieces for accommodating, in a liquid-tight manner, fuel injectors. First connecting elements are provided on each connecting piece, and second connecting elements are provided on each fuel injector to achieve a secure connection. The first connecting elements on the connecting piece protrude radially inward. The second connecting elements on the fuel injector is designed as a groove-like depression. The connecting piece has a slot-like interruption in its end section having the first connecting elements.

Fuel injection device

A fuel injection valve that possesses an axially movable valve needle which includes at least one armature and one spherical valve closure element. The armature forms a closure element support which is joined at its downstream end to the valve closure element. The end of the closure element support facing toward the valve closure element is deformed in such a way that a polygonal profile is present. In accordance with the number of profile edges, at least two flowthrough openings, communicating with an inner longitudinal bore, are formed between the closure element support and the surface of the valve closure element, through which openings fuel can easily flow.
