Collapsible containers and associated methods are disclosed herein. Certain aspects of the invention are directed toward a collapsible container assembly that includes a foldable support member that has a length and a width. The support member has a concave cross-section that causes the support member to resist bending until a threshold force is exceeded. The support member has a folded position and an extended position where the support member is unfolded. The assembly further includes at least one surface member carried by the support member. The assembly has a deployed position where the support member is in the extended position and the at least one surface member forms an enclosure with an interior. The assembly also has a collapsed position where the support member is in the folded position. The container assembly has less exterior volume in the collapsed position than in the deployed position.

A localization mechanism, or fixture, is used in conjunction with a breast coil for breast compression and for guiding a core biopsy instrument during prone biopsy procedures in both open and closed Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machines. The localization fixture includes a three-dimensional Cartesian positionable guide for supporting and orienting an MRI-compatible biopsy instrument, and in particular a sleeve, to a biopsy site of suspicious tissues or lesions. A depth stop enhances accurate insertion, prevents over-insertion or inadvertent retraction of the sleeve. The sleeve receives a probe of the MRI-compatible biopsy instrument and may contain various features to enhance its imagability, to enhance vacuum and pressure assist therethrough, etc.

A safety cap comprising a plurality of rigid plates, a foam insert, and an outer covering. The rigid plates are embedded within the foam insert, and the foam insert comprises foam joints. A safety cap comprising a plurality of cushions, a rigid shell, and an outer covering. The cushions are attached to the inside of the rigid shell, and they comprise a plurality of nozzles. Universal safety cap

A computer chassis assembly having a base with a plurality of connectors and guides is adapted to snap into and out of a universal mounting bracket. The chassis assembly further includes a midsection adapted to house a plurality of computer subcomponents which are removable without tools, the midsection being snapably removable from the base. The chassis assembly also includes a cover that is snapably removable from the midsection, which when removed, allows repair access to computer hardware subcomponents housed within the midsection.

The invention also includes a system for modifying the shape of a mitral valve annulus, including a percutaneous deployment apparatus, including an actuator; and a percutaneous mitral valve annuloplasty device with a connector disposed between first and second anchors, the first and second anchors each adapted to be deployed in a coronary sinus adjacent the mitral valve annulus to anchor the device in the coronary sinus; and an actuation element adapted to receive a distally proximally directed actuation force from the actuator and to transmit the actuation force to the first and second anchors simultaneously. The invention also includes a method of using such devices and systems.

A system and method of controlling the pressure within a surgical tourniquet so as selectively to occlude blood flow within a portion of a limb of a patient, wherein the pressure within an inflatable cuff surrounding a portion of a limb of a patient is changed by automatically opening a first valve connected to a controller and located within a first conduit between an inflatable bladder and the inflatable cuff, when the pressure in the inflatable cuff is different from that in the inflatable bladder. In another aspect, a system and method of controlling the pressure within a surgical tourniquet so as selectively to occlude blood flow within a portion of a limb of a patient within five seconds. A folding treadmill is disclosed which includes a treadmill frame, a carriage connected to the treadmill frame, a lift motor mounted to the carriage, a lift screw connected to the lift motor, a lift arm connected to the lift screw which is extended by turning of the lift screw, and a swinging arm connected to the treadmill frame and to the lift arm. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the swinging arm controls the angular orientation of the treadmill frame with respect to the carriage. Further, a method of folding a treadmill is disclosed, including releasing a front axle mechanism connected between a treadmill frame having a front and a rear and a carriage, lifting the front axle mechanism, activating a motor mounted to the carriage to turn a lift screw, extending a lift arm connected to the lift screw by the turning of the lift screw, changing the angular orientation of a swinging arm connected to the rear of the treadmill frame by extending of the lift arm, and causing the rear of the treadmill frame connected to the swinging arm to lift upward from the carriage by extending of the lift arm.
