The invention relates to a closure for a container having an adapter part which can be fastened to the container connecting piece forming the container opening and on the external thread of which a hood-shaped part is screwed which forms the upper removal opening, wherein a capsule which is filled with an active substance and the contents of which can be moved into the interior of the container lies on the upper edge of the container connecting piece, wherein the capsule can be cut open by blades which protrude on a blade ring which can be rotated by rotation of the hood-like part and can be moved downwards, wherein the blade ring can be moved downwards during a first rotational range of the hood-shaped part until the blades stab into the capsule, and wherein the blade ring can be rotated by the hood-shaped part during the subsequent second rotational range of the hood-shaped part, in particular without a further movement downwards.

Container closure having a capsule inside it

A closure used on a beverage container has an outlet neck centered on an axis. The closure has a mount secured to the neck and a valve body formed with an outwardly open passage extending along a passage axis generally coaxial with the outlet-neck axis. This body is pivotally displaceable in the mount about a valve-body axis generally coaxial with the passage axis and outlet-neck axis between an open position and a closed position and through an intermediate position. Structure on the valve body and mount block flow through the passage in the closed position, allow free flow through the passage in the open position, and limit flow through the passage in the intermediate position.

Venting valve-type closure for beverage container

The invention relates to a closure system for containers comprising a threaded plug () and the neck () of the container () or the similar embodied in the form of an pouring aperture (), the threaded plug being screwed on the neck in such a way that said pouring aperture is closed. The inventive closure system for containers is characterised in that it is embodied in the form a single-use closure system which comprises an extensible flange () arranged at the level of the threaded plug in the back clamping area of the flange () of the neck () embodied for this purpose. The external radial size of said extensible flange is greater than the radial dimension of a hole defining the back clamping area of the flange. The extensible flange can, for example be engaged in the pouring aperture () of the neck (), and the back clamping zone () can be provided in a pouring passage () in a neck part. The extensible flange can be removed through the defining hole by an elastic reset force radially exerted at least by the extensible flange or the back clamping area thereof, thereby being prevented from returning to the back clamping area.

Single-use closure system for containers

A valve has a base body fitted in an opening and having a through passage formed at one end with a first valve surface. A valve element in the base body and has axial ends one of which forms second valve surface sealingly fittable with the first valve surface to close the through passage. A stem in the through passage is coupled to the valve element to move it between the closed and open positions. A plurality of abutment arms projecting inward from an inner peripheral wall of the through passage define with a shaft region of the valve element a clearance and define a radial gap between opposite arms which is greater than a radial dimension of the shaft region and smaller than a radial dimension of a shoulder of the valve element.

Valve arrangement for a container opening or similar

A self-closing valve assembly for installation in a dispensing opening of a container, a seal cap or the like, includes a first closure element having a domed wall portion of resilient material incorporating a passage-opening, said wall portion being resiliently deformable from a closed position into an open position under the influence of a first differential pressure force resulting from pressures acting on its opposite surfaces, and a second closure element having a domed wall portion for sealing the passage-opening when the first closure element is in its closed position. In order to balance the pressure prvailing in a container provided with the valve assembly when a pressure-increasing squeezing force is no longer exerted on the container, the second closure element is adapted to be brought out of its sealing relationship with the passage-opening in the first closure element under the influence of a second differential pressure force resulting from pressures acting on its opposite surfaces, said second differential pressure force being directed oppositely to said first differential pressure force.
