A portable shelter includes one or more floor panels, a plurality of exterior wall panels, and one or more roof panels. Each of the floor panels defines a plurality of floor panel apertures. Each of the exterior wall panels has a first wall flange that abuts a floor panel from among the one or more floor panels and defines a plurality of first flange apertures that align with the plurality of floor panel apertures of the floor panel. Each of the floor, exterior wall, and roof panels includes a foam core and two fiberglass sheets sandwiching the foam core. A plurality of threaded fasteners may be inserted through the one or more floor panels and the flanges of the plurality of exterior wall panels via the aligned pluralities of apertures.

Portable shelter

A storage unit which is substantially water proof is provided. The storage unit may comprise a shell having lower edges which mate into a groove formed in a top surface of a base to provide a substantially waterproof barrier therebetween. The junction between the lower edge of the side walls and the first groove may be sealed with a water proof sealant. A front side wall of the shell may have an aperture therethrough to allow users to move items into and out of the storage unit. A door may be attached to the storage unit to prevent water from entering into the storage unit through the aperture. Moreover, a lower edge of the door body may be inserted into a second groove formed in the top surface of the base to prevent water from entering into the storage unit from under the door.

Waterproof storage unit

A cabin enclosure of a boat which is substantially water proof is provided. The cabin enclosure comprises a top, frame with joists attached to joist covers, plurality of windows, flashing and track which are layered upon each other to cascade water down the top, onto the windows and onto the track and into the river, bay or ocean. The plurality of windows may surround the passenger area of the boat and also prevents water from entering the boat. In particular, the plurality of windows are zippered onto adjacent joist covers so as to form a substantially water proof barrier between the interior and exterior of the boat. The flashing may be attached to the interior of the window with hooks and loops which run horizontally across the window and prevent water that splashes under the window from entering into the passenger area.

Boat window system

A propeller attached to an output shaft of a boat motor is provided. The propeller may have a plurality of blades which define a leading edge. The leading edge may define leading edge angles which increase in a logarithmic manner from a base of the blade to a tip of the blade. This allows the blades of the propeller to cut and shed seaweed and/or kelp off of the blades when the boat is maneuvered into waters containing seaweed and/or kelp. Additionally, boats that employ the propeller of the present invention are quieter compared to boats that utilize prior art propellers.

A swivel drive assembly for an electrically powered boat. The swivel drive assembly comprising a housing which has a propeller shaft extending therethrough and a propeller mechanically coupled to the propeller shaft. The swivel drive assembly further includes a turning post having a hollow interior mechanically coupled to the housing. A drive shaft is mechanically coupled to the propeller shaft and is disposed within the hollow interior of the turning post and the housing. The swivel drive assembly further includes an electric motor mechanically coupled to the drive shaft and operable to spin the propeller thereby. In this respect, the rotation of the turning post is operative to point the housing and the propeller in a desired direction to facilitate steering of the boat.
