The present invention is direct to a set of golf clubs comprising long irons, mid-irons and short irons. The invention contemplates the use of titanium or steel for the main body portion and a tungsten weight member coupled to the toe and a tungsten heel weight member coupled in a hosel cavity.

Weighted iron set

A golf club head including a striking face, a periphery portion surrounding and extending rearwards from the striking face, a support arm spaced from the rear surface of the striking face, the support arm extending from the periphery portion, wherein the support arm is affixed to the periphery portion at two distinct locations, a damping element residing between the support arm and the rear surface of the striking face, wherein the damping element comprises a front surface in contact with the rear surface of the striking face and a rear surface in contact with the support arm, wherein the support arm comprises a cradle abutting the damping element, a first portion extending from the back portion towards the cradle, and a second portion extending from the topline towards the cradle.

Golf club having a damping element for ball speed control

A golf club head is provided having a club body having a front portion, a rear portion, a toe portion, and a heel portion. The club head also having a central portion connected with the front portion. A frame is connected with the central portion configured to provide a lightweight crown portion being located above an offset plane.

A weighted golf club is disclosed herein. More specifically, a golf club head includes a chassis with a heel opening and a toe opening defined therein. A heel weight member is disposed within the heel opening and a toe weight member is disposed within the toe opening. The heel weight member and the toe weight member are securely mechanically attached to the chassis by a fastener.

Weighted golf club

A golf club head includes a striking face including an exterior surface having a lower leading edge and an opposite upper topline edge, and an interior surface opposite to the exterior surface; a sole extending from the lower leading edge and having a rearward portion opposite to the lower leading edge; a back portion coupled between the upper topline edge and the rearward portion; a cavity at least partially enclosed by the striking face, the sole, and the back portion; and at least one constrained damping layer on the interior surface of the striking face.

Internally damped golf club head

A golf club head with an improved sole profile is disclosed herein. More specifically, the present invention discloses various types of irons, including wedges, having a toe portion, a heel portion, and a center portion therebetween, in which a camber radius of a sole as measured from a front to a back of the golf club head changes moving from the toe portion through the center portion to the heel portion. In addition, a bounce angle of the golf club head also changes moving from the toe portion through the center portion to the heel portion. The resulting golf club head improves performance, as this new sole profile allows specific portions of the sole to have a profile that meets the needs at that location.

Variable bounce and heel relief for irons

The present invention is directed to a set of golf clubs comprising long irons, mid irons and short irons. Preferably, the long and mid irons have a face stabilizing bar and back panel that have a plurality of apertures in the face stabilizing bar and/or the back wall.

A golf club head including a club head body comprising a back portion, a striking face, and an interior cavity formed between the back portion and the striking face, wherein the striking face includes a front surface configured to strike a golf ball and a rear surface opposite the front surface, a deformable member residing between the back portion and the rear surface of the striking face, wherein the deformable member includes a front surface in contact with the rear surface of the striking face, wherein the deformable member includes a rear surface in contact with the back portion, wherein the deformable member includes a free thickness and an installed thickness, and wherein the free thickness is at least 5% greater than the installed thickness.
