The invention relates to a rotor blade of a wind power plant having two rotor blade half-shells (1, 21) with in each case a leading-edge periphery and a trailing-edge periphery (822), which rotor blade half-shells are adhesively fastened to each other along the leading-edge and trailing-edge peripheries (822) and which in case have a trailing-edge girder (3, 25), and each of the trailing-edge girders (3, 25) at least in certain sections is of rectangular design in a cross section along its longitudinal extent.

A fastening element () for arrangement in a receptacle of a rotor blade connection () of a rotor blade (). The receptacle is formed on the rotor hub-side end of the, preferably flange-free, rotor blade (). The fastening element () is arranged in the receptacle between an inner fastening side and an outer fastening side of the rotor blade () and the fastening element () introduced into the receptacle () is connected to the inner fastening side and the outer fastening side of the rotor blade (). The fastening element () is formed tapered in the longitudinal extension thereof. The fastening element () has a connector () transverse, particularly perpendicular, to the longitudinal extension for a lightning protection conductor () of the rotor blade ().

The invention relates to a process for manufacturing a blade connection of a rotor blade for a wind energy system which comprises fastening elements for fastening the blade connection to a hub, which fastening elements are provided on a circular arc, preferably equidistant from each other. Furthermore, the invention relates to a blade connection and a fastening element for a blade connection. The invention is based on the problem of improving the fastening of a rotor blade on the hub of a wind energy system as well as improving the manufacture and/or making a suitable blade connection available. The invention solves this problem as regards the process in that fastening elements formed in pieces are arranged on the circular arc and spaced from each other with spacer elements.
