The invention relates to an electrotechnical coil, to a method for producing same, and to an electromagnet or an electric machine comprising at least one such coil. The aim of the invention is to produce and use an electrotechnical coil for achieving an increased slot fill factor reliably and easily in a reproducible and economical manner. This is achieved in that the method according to the invention has the steps: step A: casting an electrotechnical coil with at least one winding which runs about a coil axis; and step B: shaping the coil, thereby changing the cross-section Q, Q' of the at least one winding, such that the centroid FS, FS&#x2032; of the cross-section Q, Q&#x2032; of the at least one winding is displaced at least partly in the radial direction R relative to the coil axis A.

A force transmission device, in particular or power transmission between a drive engine and an output, comprising a damper assembly with at least two dampers, which can be connected in series, and a rotational speed adaptive absorber, wherein the rotational speed adaptive tuned mass damper is disposed between the dampers at least in one force flow direction through the force transmission device.

The invention provides a method and a device for producing a winding element from a supplied wire, in particular from a round copper wire, said method and device allowing the economical and flexible production of a winding element which, when subsequently used in the field of electrical engineering as a coil or inductor fitted in a stator, ensures the highest possible groove filling factor. For this purpose, the wire is wound to a three-dimensional shape and the cross section of the wire is changed simultaneously, as a result of which separate method steps and therefore tool arrangements for three-dimensional winding of the wire as well as the change of the cross-section of the wire can advantageously be dispensed with.

Method and device for producing a winding element

A torsional vibration damper for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle having a substantially discoidal centrifugal flange and a plurality of centrifugal pendulum-type absorbers. Each centrifugal pendulum-type absorber includes a first pendulum mass and a second pendulum mass. The first pendulum mass is arranged above a first surface of the pendulum flange, and the second pendulum mass is arranged above a second surface of the pendulum flange. The first pendulum mass and the second pendulum mass are firmly connected to each other by means of at least two spacing bolts in each case. The pendulum flange has a plurality of cutouts in which the spacing bolts are guided. A second spacing bolt of a first centrifugal pendulum-type absorber and a first spacing bolt of a second centrifugal pendulum-type absorber are guided in at least one first cutout.

Torsional vibration damper

A centrifugal pendulum in a torsional vibration damper of a drive train of a motor vehicle with a pendulum flange rotating about a rotation axis and several pendulum masses distributed over the circumference, disposed on the latter in a manner capable of swinging. When the internal combustion engine of the drive train induces massive rotational irregularities resulting from high vibration angles in these arrangements, the pendulum masses can be deflected more strongly relative to the pendulum flange and strike the provided swing motion limits. To prevent hard hits of the pendulum masses on the pendulum flanges, it is proposed to dampen the impact areas by hydraulic means and hence to achieve a soft impact.

A torsional vibration damper for operation in an oil bath comprising an input flange for connecting to a drive motor, an output flange for connecting to a transmission, and a bow spring for the torsionally elastic coupling of the input flange to the output flange, where the bow spring is in contact radially on the outside with an encircling holding device that is formed on one of the flanges. At the same time, the holding device has an opening in the area of the bow spring, in order to enable a flow of oil through an area of contact of the bow spring with the holding device.

Durable torsional vibration damper

A hydrodynamic torque converter with an impeller connected on the drive side arranged in housing and a turbine driven by the latter, connected with the driven side of the torque converter, with a turbine damper actively disposed between the turbine and driven side. To improve the vibration damping on the driven side of the torque converter, the turbine damper with a first damper part is formed out of an input part connected with the turbine and an intermediate flange, limited and rotatable opposite and against the action of at least a first energy accumulator and a second damper part with the intermediate flange and an output part limited and rotatable oppositely and against the action of at least a second energy accumulator. An adaptive-speed vibration absorber is arranged on the intermediate flange.

A torque transmission device (), comprising a pump shell (), a turbine shell () that is drivable by the pump shell, and a torsion vibration damper (). The torsion vibration damper includes a damper input component () and a damper output component (), wherein a vibration absorber () is configured on the damper output component.

Torque transmission device

A hydrodynamic torque converter (), comprising a turbine wheel () driven by an impeller () and connected to an output part, and comprising a housing (), in which a torsional vibration damper () having several damper stages () and a centrifugal force pendulum (), and also a converter lockup clutch () connecting a housing and an output part (), are accommodated. In order to avoid any striking of the pendulum masses of the centrifugal force pendulum in internal combustion engines having large oscillating angles driving the torque converter, a turbine damper is connected in the power flow upstream of the centrifugal force pendulum.

A torsional vibration damper with a friction device. The friction device is formed on at least one friction surface on two contra-rotationally and oppositely disposed disc parts that are in frictional contact with one another. In order to propose how to determine the initial stressing effect of the frictional action independently of external support of the disc parts, the frictional surfaces are pressurized against one another by means of at least one spring element.
