The invention relates to a ventilation module for a film stretching system at least one first outlet nozzle arrangement having an outlet nozzle, wherein the at least one outlet nozzle extends with its longitudinal direction transverse or perpendicular to the withdrawal direction of a plastic film web and is oriented in parallel to the transport plane. A first return system is provided with at least two extraction channels, each having an intake region. A treatment machine comprises at least two successive zones in an extraction direction of the material web between which a neutral zone is provided. In the neutral zone, a nozzle arrangement is provided adjacent to a zone exit wall and/or to a leading neutral zone wall on the one hand, and/or adjacent to the chamber inlet wall and/or a trailing neutral zone wall on the other hand, via which nozzle arrangement a gaseous fluid flow reaching a material web is generated. A film stretching system having the following features: a stretching oven having a plurality of treatment zones through which a plastic foil film can be guided from a feed side to an outlet side through the stretching oven in the drawing-off direction, supply air can be supplied to the respective treatment zone and exhaust air can be discharged therefrom, the ventilation system for the treatment zones is constructed in such a way that exhaust air extracted from the last treatment zone in the drawing-off direction of the plastic foil film is supplied to at least two upstream treatment zones in the drawing-off direction of the plastic foil film, wherein a volume fraction of the exhaust air extracted from the last treatment zone is supplied to only one of the at least two treatment zones and another volume fraction is supplied to only one other of the at least two treatment zones.

Film stretching system

An improved stretching system has the possibility of reducing the distance between two successive guide clips, for example. In technical terms, this is solved by using control clips. For example, a control clip can be provided between two successive guide clips and causes the distance between two successive guide clips to be altered by way of a lateral position adjustment by means of a control rail.
