A test device for determining the particle load of pressurized hydrogen includes a housing (), with an inlet () and an outlet () for the inflow or outflow of hydrogen, respectively. A sampling chamber () has a filter holder () for a test filter (). A sample amount of hydrogen can flow through the test filter during a test procedure. After the test procedure has been completed, the test filter can be removed from the sampling chamber () for evaluating the deposition of particles. A venting device () for reducing the pressure in the sampling chamber () is arranged inside the housing () and discharges any remaining hydrogen, at least partially, in the direction of the inlet () of the test device after the hydrogen has stopped flowing from the testing device.

Test device for determining the particle loading of highly pressurised hydrogen

A ball valve () has a blocking element () movably guided in a fluid passage of a valve housing () and movable by an actuating device () from a pass-through position connecting at least two connecting points () to one another in the valve housing () into a blocking position interrupting this connection, and vice versa. A sealing device has at least one sealing ring which, together with its central opening, comprises the fluid passage () and seals the fluid passage along at least one sealing gap. The ring profile of the sealing ring has a ring opening that interrupts this profile such that the sealing ring changes from an initial shape to an installation and different shape that seals the sealing gap with a predefinable pretension having an increased sealing force effect.

Valve device, use of such a valve device and associated sealing device

A ball valve has a valve housing () receiving ball spindle () pivoted around an axis in the housing (). A ball body () as a blocking element is between the input part and the output part of a media passage () of the housing. The flow opening () located in the ball body () is alignable with the passage () for unblocking the ball valve by turning the ball spindle (). The ball body () is supported on two identical end sections () connected to and axially spaced from the ball body (). The support on at least one end section () is a support cover () having integrated slide bearing elements () detachably mounted on the housing ().
