In a method for manufacturing a structural component for motor vehicles by hot forming of a plate-shaped semi-finished product reinforced of thermoplastic material with embedded continuous fibers ('organo-sheet') regions of the organo-sheet () provided for accommodating the organo-sheet () in a hot forming device () and/or portions () of the structural component () manufactured from the organo-sheet (), which are exposed to an increased load, are structured more strongly and/or are subjected to a particular thermal treatment during hot forming.

Method for producing a structural component for motor vehicles from an organo-sheet

A motor vehicle window lifter is provided with a twistable or bendable guide rail on which a driver to be coupled with a window pane is shiftably mounted and which includes fastening points which are connectable with fastening receptacles of a carrier element. Between the fastening receptacles of the carrier element at least one supporting point is provided. When bracing the fastening points of the guide rail with the fastening receptacles of the carrier element, the guide rail supports on the supporting point and twisting of the initially straight guide rail with a specified degree of twisting and/or bending of the guide rail with a specified bending radius is effected.

Motor vehicle window lifter

A door module for a vehicle door comprises an aggregate carrier for holding functional components of the vehicle door and at least one guide section arranged on the aggregate carrier for guiding an adjustment part along an adjustment direction on the aggregate carrier. The at least one guide section is formed at least sectionally flexible and movable perpendicularly to the adjustment direction relative to a rigid section of the aggregate carrier. In this way a door module with an aggregate carrier is provided which can be produced in an easy and cost efficient manner and can be used substantially without structural modifications in different conditions.

A door module of a vehicle door is provided. The door module comprising a carrier plate, a drive unit arranged on the carrier plate for driving a power-operated adjustment device of the door module, and a decoupling means arranged on the carrier plate for attenuating an acoustic excitation of the carrier plate in operation of the drive unit. The decoupling means is formed by at least one slot, which partly separates a portion carrying the drive unit from another portion of the carrier plate and extends around the drive unit or around a fastening point of the drive unit on the carrier plate in a circumferential direction, and at least one web, which connects the portion carrying the drive unit with the other portion of the carrier plate.

Door module having an acoustic uncoupling means

A vehicle roller blind or a sunshield roller blind for motor vehicles includes a roller blind web which is connected to a thrust element, which is rigid in compression and/or bending-resistant, for tensioning the roller blind web, and having an adjusting device which actuates the thrust element, which is embodied in the manner of a single-strand cable window lifter and which is at least partially encapsulated together with the thrust element. The thrust element and the adjusting device are arranged in a housing which holds the thrust element and the adjusting device and which comprises a drive housing for the roller blind drive and a preferably tubular guide channel which holds the thrust element and the flexible traction means.

A window pane for a motor vehicle including plastic for closing a pane opening of a motor vehicle and which is moveable with a window lifter out of the pane opening includes a pane element enclosed by an outer edge and a device provided on the pane element for coupling the window pane to an adjusting mechanism of the window lifter. For coupling the window pane to the adjusting mechanism of the window lifter, a guide region is formed on a surface of the pane element via which the window pane is engageable with a guide device of the adjusting mechanism, displaceable in a direction of adjustment. The guide region forms at least one stop, which counteracts a pivoting of the window pane about an axis extending perpendicular to a plane of the window pane.

A driving unit especially adapted to adjusting devices for motor vehicles having an electric motor, a gear box and an electronic control device. At least one element of the electric motor, for example, at the driving shaft, the magnetic short-circuit or the motor side crankcase casing, additionally provides a gear box mechanical feature and/or a mechanical member, for example, a gear box side crankcase casing, provides an electric motor or electronic control device feature.

Drive unit

A drive for an adjuster device in a motor vehicle. The drive includes a drive motor, a drive element mounted to rotate about a drive axis, and a self-locking device for the drive element, which, when the drive motor is not energized, locks the drive element with the locking element. The locking element may be brought out of engagement with the drive element in the radial direction relative to the drive axis on energizing the drive motor.

Drive for an adjuster device in a motor vehicle

A motor vehicle door includes a box door body formed from a door outer skin and a door inner skin, a large surface cut out section in the door inner skin capable of being covered by a wet/dry space partition with a sealing element. The motor vehicle door also includes a frame structure, containing a window frame, and is connected through a fastening part to the door body. An outer seal near the vehicle body is also formed on the vehicle door. The wet/dry space partition covers, at least in part, a fastening region near the vehicle body and a door inside window sill. The sealing element on the wet/dry space partition runs through an area overlap of the partition and another sealing element is mounted between the frame structure and the door body that extends at least from the outer contour of wet/dry space partition sealing element to the outer seal.
