A drainage arrangement for a tailgate of a motor vehicle body has water outflow spouts in the inner panel of the tailgate. The water outflow spouts are arranged correspondingly to water outflow openings in a rear part or a rear-end trim panel of the body behind a vehicle license plate as viewed in relation to the direction of travel.

Drainage arrangement

An aerodynamically constructed covering part for the underside of a motor vehicle, particularly a passenger car, is provided with an inflow opening and an air guiding element arranged adjacent to the inflow opening. In the driving operation, a partial flow of the cooling air flowing through between the covering part and the roadway is guided through the inflow opening and the air guiding element situated at least in areas above the covering part to an assembly and/or a chassis part situated above. In order to simplify the fastening between the covering part and the air guiding element, it is provided that the air guiding element is inserted into a receiving opening of the covering part and is separably connected with the covering part by way of slide-detent connections.

Aerodynamically constructed covering part for the underside of a passenger car, and method of making same

An air inlet conduit for a cooler of a vehicle has an air conduction scoop inserted into an opening of a vehicle body skin part on its air inlet side. The air inlet conduit is supported by way of a surrounding collar section on an exterior side of the vehicle body skin part, a scoop section extending away from an outer collar section of the air conduction scoop, which scoop section projects into a hollow space of the vehicle body skin part situated behind the latter. The air conduction scoop is connected to an adjoining closed flow-through conduit. So that, during the mounting of the air conduction scoop and/or of the flow-through conduit without any gauge and independently of worker skills, a constant gap is always ensured between the air conduction scoop and the adjoining vehicle body skin part, several trim lugs, which are arranged in pairs on the edge of the opening and project into the opening, are provided. The trim lugs interact in a form-locking manner with positioning pins or positioning sections of the air conduction scoop and/or of the flow-through conduit.

Air inlet conduit for a cooler of a vehicle

A bumper for vehicles, particularly motor vehicles, includes a dimensionally stable member and an elastic covering forming an end region of the vehicle body. At least one light respectively is inserted into laterally exterior receiving pockets of the covering and is held in position at the covering. The light has a light-transmitting covering element on the side facing the end region. It is provided that, on each covering element, a guard is provided locally which projects slightly with respect to the adjacent elastic covering and is constructed in one piece with the covering element. In the area of the guard, in the event of a 30&deg; pendulum crash, the covering element is supported on a member structure of the vehicle body situated behind the covering element.

Bumper for vehicles, particularly motor vehicles

A rear mounting having two scoop elements is detachably fastened in the rear cutout of a convertible vehicle by way of fastening elements. The scoop elements are constructed to be separable in a longitudinal center plane so that, in an in-use position on the vehicle, the two scoop elements form a connected unit and, in a transport position, these scoop elements can be stowed in the vehicle in a mutually detachable and separate manner.
