The present invention relates to a counter-blade, in particular, for a wood chipper, for producing wood chips, comprising at least one cutting edge made of a hard material, and a support surface leading to the cutting edge. According to the present invention, the cutting edge is made up of a plurality of hard material elements that are arranged next to one another along the cutting edge on a main member. This results in a counter-blade having a long service life.

The present invention relates to a shank chisel with a chisel head and a chisel shank, wherein the chisel shank has a securing element receptacle in which a securing element is arranged. In order to be able to make simple installation of the shank chisel in a chisel holder possible in a safe and maintenance-optimized manner of operation, it is provided according to the invention that a clamping element is adjustable relative to the chisel shank in such a manner that at least one part of the outer contour of the securing element is changed. The invention furthermore relates to a corresponding fixing assembly for a shank chisel in a chisel holder.

The invention relates to a bit holder for an earth working machine, in particular a road milling machine, that comprises a bit receptacle in the region of a working side of a support member and that indirectly or directly carries an insertion projection on an insertion projection side of the support member, the support member comprising two stripping surfaces [first or second stripping surfaces] that form a stripping surface pair and are at an angle to one another. In order to achieve a stable and long-lived configuration with such a bit holder, provision is made according to the present invention that the support member comprises at least one further stripping surface that is at an angle to the two stripping surfaces of the stripping surface pair.

The subject matter of the invention is a bit holder for an earth working machine, in particular a road milling machine, having a support member onto which an insertion projection is indirectly or directly attached on an insertion projection side, the insertion projection comprising at least one convex abutment surface and one pressure surface. In a bit holder of this kind, working forces can be dissipated in stress-optimized fashion into an attached base part when provision is made that the insertion projection comprises two convex abutment surfaces that are arranged at a distance from one another.

The invention relates to a bit holder for an earth working machine, in particular a road milling machine, having a support member onto which an insertion projection is indirectly or directly attached on an insertion projection side, the support member comprising two first and/or two second stripping surfaces that are at an angle to one another, and the support member having a working side that comprises a bit receptacle. In order to achieve a stable and long-lived configuration for such a bit holder, provision is made according to the present invention that the first and/or second stripping surfaces diverge from the insertion projection side toward the working side.

The invention relates to a bit holder for a road milling machine or the like, having a base part on which a bit shank and a projection are shaped, the projection comprising a bit receptacle, and the bit receptacle being constituted from a socket-shaped insert made of hard material. With a bit holder of this kind, good rotational behavior of the bit can be assisted and stable bracing thereof can be guaranteed, with little parts outlay, if provision is made that the bit receptacle is embodied as a stepped bore that comprises a first and a second diameter region, the first diameter region having a larger inside diameter than the second diameter region.

The invention relates to a bit holder having an insertion projection and having a bore-shaped bit receptacle that has a longitudinal center axis, a convexly curved support surface being provided on a base part. A bit holder of this kind can be implemented in compact and stable fashion in particular by the fact that the longitudinal center axis of the bit receptacle intersects the support surface.

The invention relates to a tool system having a bit holder and a shank bit, the bit holder comprising a bit receptacle that comprises a first and a second diameter region that lead into one another via a transitional segment (taper), a bit shank of the shank bit comprising a first and a second cross-sectional region that lead into one another via a transitional segment.
