A fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines, having a valve body with a bore defined on its end toward the combustion chamber by a conical valve seat, with a valve needle disposed longitudinally displaceably in the bore and a sealing face with two sealing portions on its end toward the combustion chamber with the second conical face being disposed on the combustion chamber side of the first conical face. An annular groove extending between the conical faces has an end facing away from the combustion chamber which acts as a sealing edge upon contact of the valve sealing face with the valve seat. Recesses embodied in the valve seat and/or on the valve sealing face hydraulically connect the annular groove with a portion of the second conical face located on the combustion chamber side of the annular groove.

Fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines

Disclosed is a fuel injection valve including a valve body and a bore, embodied as a blind bore, whose bottom face is oriented toward the combustion chamber, and a conical valve seat having at least one injection port is disposed, is embodied on the bottom face. In the bore, a pistonlike valve member, which is longitudinally displaceable counter to a closing force, is disposed and has a valve member tip, which in the closing position of the valve member comes to rest on the valve seat. A first conical face and a second conical face, disposed toward the combustion chamber toward the first conical face, are embodied on the valve member tip, and the cone angle of the first conical face is smaller than the cone angle of the valve seat, which in turn is smaller than the cone angle of the second conical face. One annular groove is embodied between the first conical face and the second conical face, and an additional encompassing annular groove is disposed on the second conical face and at least partly coincides with the injection ports in the closing position of the valve member, so as to supply all the injection ports uniformly with fuel even if the valve member is off its axis.

A coil constructed using the additive technique on the surface of a substrate is characterized in that the conductors of the coil are in contact with an insulating material made at least in part of diamond or diamond-like carbon.

Microcoil

A process for producing single-layer or multi-layer microcoils or microcoil arrays that optionally have a magnetic core area to increase the coil inductance and to guide the magnetic flux. In this process, plastic films (e.g., made of polyimide or polyester), are applied using pressure and heat to serve as the insulation layers. This eliminates the need for curing the insulation and expensive leveling operations.
