The invention relates to a transmucosal delivery system for idebenone, comprising an external phase, which contains at least one hydrophilic polymer, and an inner hydrophobic phase, which contains idebenone and at least one hydrophobic substance, wherein the inner hydrophobic phase is emulsified in the form of droplets in the external phase. The invention is characterized in that the inner hydrophobic phase is stabilized by at least one emulsifier in the external phase. The invention also relates to a method for producing the same and its use as a medicament.

Transmucosal delivery system for idebenone

An approach provides a reset trigger signaling in a network, wherein a reset trigger is generated, which carries a device indicator for indicating a target device. To trigger a reset procedure, the reset trigger is signaled over the network by using a protocol layer lower than a network layer. At a network entity, it is checked whether the device indicator indicates this network entity; and the reset procedure is initiated in response to the result of this checking. Thereby, the reset trigger works independent of the network topology and will reach the destination device, even if a higher protocol layer is blocked due to error situations, so that a robust and flexible reset signaling procedure can be provided.

Robust remote reset for networks

The present invention provides a new and unique method and apparatus for a new data speed switching scheme for a wired data interface. The method features receiving high-speed serial data over a physical link using a first coding scheme in a receiver; receiving a transmission mode change signal transmitted with sequential information about a change in a data transmission mode of the receiver using a second coding scheme and switching the data transmission mode of the receiver in response thereto. The data transmission modes may include at least one low-power mode where no data transmission is possible and the receiver is powered down. The at least one low-power mode may include two different power down states, each having different wake-up times. The data transmission modes may also include at least one high speed mode where data transmission is possible and the receiver is on. The at least one high speed mode may include several high speed modes, each having different data transmission rates.
