A friction device has a carrier element and friction lining segments arranged thereon, wherein the friction lining segments each include one sintered friction lining arranged on a friction lining carrier, the friction lining carrier being connected to the carrier element by fastening elements, and several fastening elements being arranged per friction lining segment, wherein one fastening element is located on a first circular path having a first diameter, and one fastening element is located on a second circular path having a second diameter, and wherein the ratio of the first diameter of the first circular path to the second diameter of the second circular path is selected from a range from 1.2 to 1.5.

Friction device

A friction device has a carrier element and friction lining segments arranged thereon. The friction lining segments each include a sintered friction lining, which is arranged on a friction lining carrier, the friction lining carrier is connected to the carrier element, and preferably the carrier element includes multiple fastening lugs and/or lining spring elements for the friction lining segments. In the design of the carrier element with the fastening lugs and/or lining spring elements, the friction lining segments each connect two fastening lugs or two lining spring elements to one another and/or the friction lining segments have an angle coverage between 25&#xb0; and 55&#xb0;.

Friction disc or clutch disc

A friction element includes a friction lining that is connected to a lining carrier, and includes a carrier element, wherein the lining carrier is connected to the carrier element, and a connecting element is also used to connect the lining carrier to the carrier element, the connecting element being guided through a recess in the lining carrier and a recess in the carrier element, and having a connecting element head that is supported on the lining carrier. The lining carrier has a shoulder in the region of the connecting element head, the internal dimension of which shoulder is greater than the external dimension of the connecting element head, such that at least part of the connecting element head is accommodated in the shoulder.

The invention relates to a method of producing a friction element comprising a friction lining () made from sintered material, which is applied to a support (), and at least two recesses () are provided in the support (), each for accommodating a connecting element for fitting the support () with the friction lining () on a supporting element (). A cut-out (A, A, A) is provided in the friction lining () which surrounds at least two regions (B. . . B) spaced apart from one another in which the at least two recesses () of the support () for accommodating the connecting elements are disposed. The invention further relates to the friction lining () itself.
