An electromagnetic actuator () for an assembly, which has a fluid space configured to be fluidically connected to the actuator when the actuator is installed in the assembly, includes a movable armature in an armature space (). The armature includes a movable armature rod (). The actuator is configured to fill the armature space () with fluid, such as oil, via axial movements of the armature rod that draw fluid from the fluid space into the armature space () through a fluid path when the armature rod is fluidically connected to the fluid space.

An actuator for an assembly in a motor vehicle may have a moving armature in an armature chamber, where the actuator has a fluid path that is configured for fluid transfer between the armature chamber and a fluid reservoir in the assembly when the actuator is installed in an assembly, where the actuator is configured to fill the armature chamber with fluid, in particular oil, when the armature moves axially, thereby drawing fluid into the armature chamber when the actuator is operated in a fluid chamber, in particular an oil chamber.

A valve (V, V, V) includes a housing (VG) and a piston (VK) displaceably guided therein. A first end (VK) of the piston (VK) can be acted upon by a force, with the aid of which the piston (VK) is displaceable against a spring (F) acting upon a second end (VK) of the piston (VK). The valve (V, V, V) has four switching conditions, in which four ports (A, B, P, T) in the housing (VG) are selectively connectable to one another or blocked with respect to one another. In a first switching condition, none of the ports (A, B, P, T) are connected to one another. The spring (F) is configured in such that, in the absence of an application of force onto the first end (VK), the piston (VK) is held in a position, which corresponds to the first switching condition of the valve (V, V, V).

An assembly element for establishing an electrical contact to an actuator for a vehicle transmission may include a base plate and two electrical circuit points projecting on one side of the base plate for the assembly element. The assembly element has a shavings protection device provided at least partially between the electrical circuit points, which is designed to at least partially impede a short circuit between the contacts when the assembly element is in contact with the actuator.

A pressure control valve () includes a pressure port (P), a consumer port (A), a tank port (T), and a piston (K) which is displaceable counter to the force of a first spring (F) and a second spring (F). The springs (F, F) and area ratios of the pressure control valve () are designed such that the pressure port (P), in the non-pressurized condition, is connected to the consumer port (A) via an opening cross-section of the pressure control valve (). An opening cross-section between the pressure port (P) and the consumer port (A) decreases depending on the pressure at the consumer port (A), and, upon attainment of a limiting pressure at the consumer port (A), the consumer port (A) is connected to the tank port (T). A related hydraulic system (HY) and a related motor vehicle transmission (G) are also provided.

Pressure control valve

An electromagnetic actuator with at least one solenoid coil, one armature, which is magnetically movable by means of the solenoid coil in an armature area and has a first and a second tapering, and a magnetic yoke. The yoke has a first dipping stage in which the first tapering of the armature is dipped upon a shifting of the armature in a direction of actuation, and a second dipping stage in which the second tapering of the armature is dipped upon a shifting of the armature in the direction of actuation. A maximum radial external dimension of the armature in the area of the second tapering is smaller than a minimum radial internal dimension of the second dipping stage. In addition, the invention refers to a fluid valve that is actuated by means of the electromagnetic actuator.

A pressure-control valve device for a fluid, having at least one inlet area and first and second outlet areas that can be flow-connected to one another by two seat valves coupled to one another, in which a fluid flow from the inlet area to the first and second outlet areas can be adjusted by the first seat valve and a fluid flow between the first and second outlet areas can be adjusted by the second seat valve. The first seat valve is designed as a valve aperture with a valve opening and a valve control edge and with a ball-shaped closing element that co-operates with the valve control edge. The valve opening and the ball-shaped closing element are designed such that the ratio of the diameter of the valve opening to the diameter of the ball-shaped closing element is equal to at least 0.75.

Pressure control valve device

A valve device having at least one inflow area and first and second outflow areas, which are connected with one another with regard to the flow through two poppet valves. Through the first poppet valve, a fluid inflow from the inflow area to the first and second outflow areas can be adjusted and a fluid outflow, through the second poppet valve between the first and the second outflow areas can be adjusted. The second poppet valve is designed as a cone poppet valve with a cone shaped closure body. Located upstream of the second poppet valve, between the first and the second outflow area, is a flow guide device which is designed to provide the fluid, which flows in the direction of the second poppet valve, with a swirl. The closure body of the second poppet valve has a cone angle of 60&#xb0;+/&#x2212;10&#xb0;.

A pressure control valve unit () for a fluid with at least one inlet area (P) and first and second outlet areas (A, T) which can be connected for fluid flow with one another by two mutually coupled seat valves (). An incoming fluid flow, from the inlet area (P) to the first and second outlet areas (A, T), can be adjusted by way of the first seat valve (), and a fluid outflow, between the first and second outlet areas (A,T), can be adjusted by way of the second seat valve (). In this case, a flow-guiding device () is arranged, upstream from the first seat valve () in the inlet area (P), and imposes a specific flow characteristic upon the inflowing fluid in the area of the first seat valve ().

Pressure control valve apparatus having a flow-guiding device

A device for the mechanical fastening and electrical contact with at least one control element (), having first electrical contacts (), within a housing (). Mating second electrical contacts () are arranged on a connecting element () which can also be plugged into the housing (). During assembly, the at least one control element () and the connecting element () are both plugged into the housing () so that such plugging engagement achieves electrical connection between the first electrical contacts () and the second electrical contacts () and, at the same time, an interlocked fastening of the at least one control element () with the housing ().

Device for fastening and contacting actuators

A pressure control valve device with at least one inlet area and first and second outlet areas which can be connected by two poppet valves. A flow guide device (), with inflow and outflow areas () for guiding the fluid flowing from the inlet area in a defined manner in the direction of the second poppet valve, is located upstream of the second poppet valve, between the first and second outlet areas. The fluid in the flow guide device () passes in the area between the inflow and outflow areas () through a plurality of channel areas distributed around the periphery of the flow guide device () and separated from one another, which are shaped at least approximately helically and impart an at least approximately vortex-like flow pattern to the fluid flowing in the direction of the second poppet valve downstream of the outflow area ().

An electromagnetic proportional pressure-control valve of a vehicle transmission which includes a magnet part, a hydraulic part and a spring operatively connecting the magnet part to the hydraulic part. The magnet part includes a coil, an armature and an armature bar. The hydraulic part includes first and second closing elements. The first closing element forms a flat seat and the second closing element a ball seat and the closing elements are opened and/or closed via a tappet rod. When no current is applied to the valve, the second closing element is closed and an gap (&#xfc;) in the first closing element is larger than one seventh a nominal width (NW) of the valve. The second closure area (A_2) is larger than a circular area having a diameter corresponding to double the gap and the diameter (s) of the tappet rod is smaller than 0.7 times the diameter (b) of the orifice.

Proportional pressure control valve with a magnetic part and a valve part, the valve part has an inflow opening for the inflow stream, a first outflow opening for the filling stream, and a second outflow opening for the tank volume stream, and has a ball seat, a flat seat with an opening, a closing part for controlling the throughput quantity through the opening of the flat seat, and a stream diverter. The inflow opening faces away from the magnetic part and coaxially to its longitudinal axis, and the outflow openings are constructed on the side wall of the valve part radially to its longitudinal axis, so that fluid flowing from through the valve is exposed to a diversion of a maximum of 90&#xb0;. The fluid, after flowing through the ball seat and to and through the stream diverter, experiences a diversion of less than 30&#xb0;.
