Greenhouse arrangement

A charging vehicle for a stack storage assembly includes a chassis; a first impeller assembly structured and arranged to move the chassis in a first direction; a second impeller assembly structured and arranged to move the chassis in a second direction transverse to the first direction; and a hoisting device comprising a hoisting drive acting perpendicularly to the first direction and to the second direction. The hoisting device has a hoisting platform movable, with the hoisting drive, upwardly in the direction of gravity from an initial position into a lifted position. The hoisting drive acts downwardly on the second impeller assembly in the direction of gravity and downwardly moves the second impeller assembly beyond the first impeller assembly.

Charging vehicle for a stack storage assembly

Block storage element and method for supplying liquid to a block storage element. The block storage clement has an overflow and the method includes introducing the liquid into an overflow distributor with a distributor limit. The liquid is throttled by at least one passageway arranged in the distributor limit and gets into a tub area of the block storage element, and the liquid that is not drained by way of the at least one passageway is discharged via the overflow.

A block stacking arrangement having multiple container stacking slots and a loading space arranged below the container stacking slots in a direction of gravity, a pass-through opening being arranged between each container stacking slot and the loading space, via which a container can be moved out of the loading space into the container stacking slot or from the container stacking slot into the loading space and which has a holding device. Good flexibility of the block stacking arrangement is achieved at least because at least two pass-through openings have different sizes.

A block storage arrangement that includes a plurality of container stacking spaces, a loading space arranged below the container stacking spaces, and at least one loading vehicle which is movable in the loading space and has a lifting arrangement, with which containers can be loaded from below into a container stacking space and can be removed from below from the container stacking space. It would be desirable to enable a high productivity of the block storage arrangement. For this purpose, the lifting arrangement includes at least two lifting units that can be actuated independently of one another.

The stacking storage arrangement includes multiple container receiving spaces and a loading space arranged below the container receiving spaces. A loading vehicle that is movable in the loading space includes a chassis and a container seat that is height-adjustable relative to the chassis. A holding device is arranged between each container receiving space and the loading space and a hold-open device is arranged on the chassis separately from the container seat.

A method for operating a greenhouse system with block storage, at least one block storage container and at least one vehicle. Each block storage container has a carrier frame and a plant receptacle, the plant receptacle being detachably engaged with the carrier frame, the block storage having at least one first zone and one second zone, and at least one first carrier frame and at least one second carrier frame, the plant receptacle in the first zone being detachably engaged with the first carrier frame; and the plant receptacle being subsequently transferred into the second zone, the plant receptacle being transferred from the first carrier frame to the second carrier frame as part of the transferal from the first zone into the second zone, the plant receptacle in the second zone being detachably engaged with the second carrier frame.

The operation of a stacking storage arrangement of this type is configured to be economical. For this purpose, each row is assigned a separate loading vehicle stopping position that is arranged outside of the container receiving spaces.

A stacking storage arrangement includes multiple container receiving spaces, a loading space arranged below the container receiving spaces, in which the container receiving spaces are held at a first height above the loading space; and a loading vehicle movable between the loading space and a transfer region. The loading vehicle includes a container seat with a container contact surface, and the container seat is movable in a lifting direction. In the container contact surface, the container seat further includes at least two notches opening to at least one side, and at least one transfer device includes transfer fingers configured to match the notches in the container contact surface.

A stack storage assembly with container stacking spaces, a charging space arranged below the container stacking spaces, and a charging vehicle movable in the charging space having a hoisting device to move a container into or out of a container stacking space. Each of the container stacking spaces has, at a lower end, a retaining device with at least one retaining element, which is movable, via an actuating device arranged on the charging vehicle, between a retaining position in which the at least one retaining element holds the container arranged in the container stacking spaces and a release position in which the container is relocated past the retaining element. The charging vehicle has at least one fixing element positionable into a fixing position to interact with the at least one retaining element located in the release position, and to hold the at least one retaining element in the release position.

The operation of a stacking storage arrangement of this type is configured to be economical. For this purpose, a transverse transport device is provided with which the loading vehicle can be moved between positions that are respectively assigned to a row.

Stacking storage arrangement for containers and method of forming stacking storage arrangement. The stacking storage arrangement includes at least one transverse connector; multiple uprights that are connected to one another by the at least one transverse connector; and connection elements configured to connect the at least one transverse connector to multiple uprights. Each connection element is arranged to bear against a contact surface of an upright and the contact surface includes a slot into which at least one screw protruding through the connection element is screwed.
