A pressure accumulator includes an accumulator housing () in which a movable separating element () fluid-tightly separates a gas chamber () filled with a working gas from a fluid chamber (). A monitoring device () supplies an optical signal in the event of a malfunction affecting the sealing effect of the separating element ().

Pressure accumulator

A pressure tank, in particular hydraulic accumulator (), has a parting element () separating a space () for a first gaseous working medium from a space for a second fluid working medium in the tank. The parting element is flexible, can move under deformation and defines a domed main parting plane extending from an annular edge (). The parting element () is produced from a substance having a fluoroplastic material, preferably a substance composed entirely of fluoroplastic material.

Pressure tank, in particular hydraulic accumulator

A pressure accumulator, especially a pulsation damper, includes an accumulator housing () and a piston element () disposed in it. A bellows-type separative element () is supported on the piston part () with its one end () and with its other end () on the accumulator housing (). The separative element () separates two working chambers () within the accumulator housing () from each other, especially a gas chamber () from a fluid chamber (), in a fluid-tight, especially gas-tight manner. To one working chamber (), in addition to a defined volumetric proportion of a working gas, is filled with a fluid. In this manner, the working gas allows for a compression to a certain degree and for a dampening and smoothening of the pulsations of the fluid medium migrating to and occurring on the fluid side of the accumulator.

Pressure accumulator, especially pulsation damper

A hydraulic accumulator includes an accumulator housing () and a diaphragm () forming a displaceable partition element in the housing between a gas chamber () and a liquid chamber (). The membrane has several annular regions (), interconnected by annular weak points (). The annular regions (), have protuberances () on the interior face of the membrane () facing away from the wall of the accumulator housing (). The protuberances are at their thickest in the central region between adjacent weak points, thus increasing the wall thickness of the membrane (), and are at least partially convex (), tapering off to a respective flat form towards the weak points.

Hydropneumatic accumulator

A hydropneumatic pressure reservoir () forms a housing from at least two housing shells () connected together. At least the end region of the one housing shell () includes an outwardly-extending, funnel-like guide surface between its free end and a sealing element for bringing together the two housing shells (). At least on elastic sealing element () is provided on at least one retaining surface for generation of a tensioning force on the boundary region () of the membrane (). A simplified construction with improved sealing in the critical connection of the pressure reservoir is achieved.
