A method is described for producing a pressure sensor assembly, the pressure sensor assembly having a sensor housing element having a pressure sensor and a base housing element, which have a continuous recess accommodating the pressure sensor and are welded to each other. It is provided that, after the welding, in the area of the welding connection, the recess of the base housing element and/or the sensor housing element is enlarged by material removal. A pressure sensor assembly is also described.

A device for detecting a combustion chamber pressure of an internal combustion engine, in particular a gasoline engine. The device includes a sensor housing, the sensor housing being set up to be at least partially introduced into a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine. At least one mechanical-electrical transducer element is accommodated inside the sensor housing, which is separated from the sensor housing by at least one sensor holder, in particular a sensor holder which at least partially encloses the mechanical-electrical transducer element. The sensor holder has an at least partially rigid design.

Device for detecting a combustion chamber pressure of an internal combustion engine

A threaded connection piece, e.g., a connection piece of a sensor, includes a cylindrical base body that is able to be at least partially introduced into an accommodating opening, which is provided, at least over a part of its longitudinal extension, with a threaded section and, at its end face, with a sealing surface. In order to improve the sealing properties of the threaded connection piece when it is screwed into the accommodating opening, the cylindrical base body is developed to be elastic between the threaded section and the sealing surface.

An electrical contact device comprising a first contact assemblage having multiple contact pads disposed in a row which are allocated to different connection types, and having a second contact assemblage having multiple contact pads disposed in a row in accordance with a predetermined sequence, which are allocated to different connection types and having bonding wire connections that electrically connect at least some of the contact pads of the first contact assemblage to contact pads of the second contact assemblage. To reduce the outlay in terms of adaptation to different predetermined connection type allocations, it is proposed that the number and sequence of the contact pads in the first contact assemblage that are allocated to the different connection types be configured so that for at least two differently predetermined sequences of the contact pads in the second contact assemblage that are allocated to the different connection types, each of the contact pads of the second contact assemblage is to be connected in crossover-free fashion, by way of the bonding wire connections, to a contact pad of the first contact assemblage allocated to the same connection type.

A combustion chamber pressure sensor for an internal combustion engine, having a sensor body able to be inserted into a receiving bore of the internal combustion engine, which sensor body has on the side of the combustion chamber a sealing device for sealing the sensor body in the receiving bore, and which sensor body is provided with affixation means for fixing the combustion chamber pressure sensor in place inside the receiving bore. The sealing device includes at least one separately produced heat-resistant elastic sealing element, which is disposed around an outer jacket of the sensor body.

A combined pressure and temperature sensor for recording the pressure and the temperature of a medium. The combined pressure and temperature sensor includes a sensor element in which at least one channel is developed for accommodating a temperature sensor and at least one channel is developed for recording a pressure. The at least one channel, for recording a pressure, opens out under a pressure sensor. The at least one channel for the temperature sensor runs centrically in the sensor element.

A pencil-type glow plug for a self-igniting internal combustion engine is described. The pencil-type glow plug includes a plug body in which a combustion chamber pressure sensor is integrated, and a bar-shaped heating element that protrudes out from the plug body at one end, into the combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine. A force-measuring element of the combustion chamber pressure sensor is accommodated behind the heating element, which moves axially under the influence of force. The force-measuring element is sealed against combustion chamber gases by a steel diaphragm made of a stainless precipitation-hardened maraging steel.

A combined pressure and temperature sensor for recording the pressure and the temperature of a medium. A sensor element of the combined pressure and temperature sensor includes a through-hole to a diaphragm and a bore for accommodating a temperature sensor. The diaphragm cooperates with a pressure sensor. At an end face of the sensor element, on the side of the medium, a cover is fastened, in which a hollow space is developed to accommodate the temperature sensor.

A pressure sensor module having a sensor housing which includes a housing part in which electrical conductors are partially embedded, the sensor housing being provided with a first cavity, in which a sensor system is situated, and a second cavity which is sealed against the first cavity and in which is provided at least one capacitor, and the first cavity being provided with a receptacle part having a receptacle formed by a peripheral wall, the sensor system being inserted into this receptacle and covered by a protective covering filled into the receptacle. The sensor system is contacted with connecting elements provided on the receptacle part, these connecting elements being directly connected to connecting sections of the electrical conductors; and the at least one capacitor provided in the second cavity is connected to at least one of the electrical conductors via an electrically conductive material.

Method for detecting a pressure of a medium and pressure measuring device

A pressure sensor for measuring the pressure in a space acted upon by high pressure. The signals detected by the pressure sensor are supplied to evaluation electronics. A sensor diaphragm is accommodated on the end of the pressure sensor pointing towards the space acted upon by high pressure. The sensor diaphragm takes the form of a steel diaphragm, to whose back side a thin, metallic layer accommodating piezoresistive measuring elements is applied. The thin, metallic layer is contacted by transmission elements and connected to the evaluation electronics.
