A central valve for a camshaft adjuster, and to an internal combustion engine, which includes a camshaft, a camshaft-adjusting device, and a central valve. The central valve includes a shaped part as a valve housing (), including a control piston () guided coaxially within the valve housing () in such a way that the control piston can move axially and including a stop, which limits the mobility of the control piston in an axial direction (piston stop). The piston stop is a piston stop washer (), wherein the piston stop washer and the valve housing () are joined.

Central valve for a camshaft adjustment device

A electromagnetic actuating device for a valve, having an armature arranged in a hollow cylindrical armature chamber axially displaceable between two axial stops, wherein the armature chamber is delimited by a magnet yoke. An electrical coil extends coaxially around the armature, and the magnet yoke is at least partially arranged in a housing. The armature has a cylindrical geometry with a base remote from the housing and with a hollow cylindrical end section situated axially opposite. The base is remote from the housing and connected to an actuating plunger. A guide sleeve is mounted axially onto the hollow cylindrical end section of the armature, and on that end of the guide sleeve which is remote from the actuating plunger, there is arranged or formed an adhesion prevention device which prevents or at least greatly impedes axial adhesion of the armature to the magnet yoke. The guide sleeve makes it possible to realize a reduction in width of the parasitic air gap between the armature and the magnet yoke in order to increase the actuating forces of the actuating device with simultaneously reduced number of components.

Electromagnetic actuating device

An arrangement of an electromagnet () for controlling a central valve () is provided. A thrust pin () is coupled to the electromagnet () and can be moved along a first axis (A) in such a way that a control piston () of the central valve () can be displaced along a second axis (B) in a central valve housing () by the movable thrust pin (). The first axis (A) of the thrust pin () extends parallel to and at a radial spacing () relative to the second axis (B) of the control piston ().

A camshaft adjusting device () for varying the relative angular position of a camshaft in relation to a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine, wherein the camshaft adjusting device () includes an actuator () for actuating a hydraulic valve, wherein the actuator () is fastened to a housing element () by a fastening element (), and wherein the actuator () has an axis () which in the mounted state of the actuator () is concentric to an axis of the camshaft adjusting device (). Electromagnetic actuating unit of a hydraulic directional valve

An electromagnetic actuator for a hydraulic directional control valve is provided. The electromagnetic actuator is used for adjusting a hydraulic directional control valve, for example, for the variable adjustment of the control times of an internal combustion engine. The electromagnetic actuator includes a housing () with which the electromagnetic actuator is mounted opposite the hydraulic directional control valve. The electromagnetic actuator further includes a coil () that is arranged in a coil body (). The electromagnetic field that can be generated with the coil () acts on an armature () that is arranged in the electromagnetic actuator so that it can move axially. In order to prevent that the hydraulic medium of the hydraulic directional control valve leaks from reaching the electromagnetic actuator, the actuator includes a seal () between the coil body () and the housing (). The coil body has a holder () for holding the seal (). The holder () guarantees the holding of the seal () in the coil body at least during the assembly of the electromagnetic actuator, so that when the coil body is introduced into the housing (), the seal () remains at the provided location, even if it is not yet fixed by a pressure against the housing ().
