A device for adjusting the height of a vehicle body includes a rotationally driven axially non-displaceable threaded spindle and a threaded nut, axially displaceable along the threaded spindle. A spring plate is arranged on the threaded nut for axially supporting a spring element. The threaded spindle is drivable by an actuator which is arranged at least partially within the threaded spindle. An axially displaceable additional nut is arranged axially adjacent to the threaded nut along the threaded spindle to absorb a pulse and to introduce it into the housing via the threaded spindle.

Device for adjusting the height of a vehicle body

A device for adjusting the level of a motor vehicle comprises an electric motor () and an actuating gear () which is connected upstream of a screw drive (). The actuating gear () is formed by three series-connected gears () with parallel rotation axes (D, D, D). An input gear (), the number of teeth of which is at least one and at most five, is coupled to the motor shaft () of the electric motor () for conjoint rotation. The input gear engages with an intermediate gear () which engages with an output gear () which is connected to a nut () of the screw drive () for conjoint rotation.

Level adjustment device for a motor vehicle

An actuator for level adjustment of a motor vehicle utilizes a ball screw and a locking unit provided for blocking the ball screw. The actuator has a spindle drive which can be actuated by an electric motor via a gear. The spindle may be fastened to a damper of the chassis of a motor vehicle, to a wheel carrier or to the body or a subframe of a motor vehicle. With the aid of a locking unit of the spindle drive, the rotation of the spindle nut can be optionally blocked or enabled. The locking unit includes a locking element which engages a locking contour attached to the end face of a rotatable element of the gear.

Actuator of an apparatus for level adjustment of a motor vehicle

A device for level adjustment for a motor vehicle includes a ball screw. The screw nut of the ball screw is driven by an electric motor. The spindle of the ball screw is displaceable with respect to a housing. The ball screw is supported with respect to the housing using two axial self-aligning bearings with a common pivot point such that the housing can pivot with respect to the spindle, thereby avoiding loads on the balls of the ball screw.

Device for level adjustment for a motor vehicle

A belt drive for driving a rotatably mounted object, includes a main part, at least two belt wheels, a device for generating a pretensioning force, and a continuously circulating belt which loops around the belt wheels. The first belt wheel is connected to or can be connected to a drive, and the second belt wheel is connected to or can be connected to the object. The invention is characterized in that the device has at least two rollers which are attached to opposite sides of a lever that is pivotally mounted on the main part, and each roller contacts a section of the belt, wherein the lever is acted upon by at least one spring element and can be moved relative to the main part.

Gears, for example, for a gear train are disclosed. The gear may be divided into two axially adjacent spur gears and have a torsion spring in the form of a circular ring segment. Between two peripherally mutually opposing spring ends, a slot may be formed in which two cams engage which are each assigned to one of the two spur gears. One of the cams may be assigned to one of the two spring ends and the other cam may be assigned to the other spring end. The two cams may be arranged at least substantially overlap-free in an axial direction, wherein contact faces for the cams formed at both spring ends of the torsion spring are arranged on a radially outer end of the spring ends. The contact faces may be delimited radially inwardly by clearances on the spring ends.

Gear for a gear train

A device () for adjusting the height of a vehicle body, including a movement thread () which is arranged between vehicle body and a wheel carrier and shifts two components () which are displaceable in relation to each other between an upper and a lower adjustment position, wherein the movement thread () is provided with two threaded parts which are rotatable relative to each other, are formed from a spindle () and a spindle nut () and are in operative engagement with each other. The one threaded part is accommodated on one component in a manner fixed axially and rotationally driven by a rotary drive (), and the other threaded part is accommodated on the other component non-rotatably and in an axially displaceable manner. In order to protect the movement thread (), in particular the operative engagement, against high mechanical loads, a switchable locking device () spanning the operative engagement of the threaded parts (A, B) of the movement thread () is provided.
