A battery pack coupling system for mechanically and/or electrically coupling a battery pack optionally to a harness device or to a manually operated electrical device includes a mechanical backpack coupling interface at the battery pack for the releasable mechanical coupling to a corresponding mechanical battery pack-backpack coupling interface at the harness device and/or an electrical coupling interface at the battery pack and an electrical connecting line with a connecting plug body at the end which can be releasably coupled to the electrical coupling interface. The battery pack coupling system has a mechanical device coupling interface at the battery pack, different from the mechanical backpack coupling interface, for the releasable mechanical coupling to a corresponding mechanical battery pack-device coupling interface at the electrical device and/or a plug fastening mechanism through which the connecting plug body can be fastened releasably to the harness device.

Battery pack coupling system

A harness for a battery pack that can be worn on the back and that supplies electrical energy to hand-held electrical tools includes a support base and a support strap unit for the support base, as well as a holding device for releasably holding a battery pack in a support position on the support base. The holding device has a docking mechanism on the support base for pivotably docking the battery pack in a docking position, and a securing mechanism on the support base for securing the battery pack in the support position pivoted in towards the support base with respect to the docking position. The docking mechanism is arranged on a lower region of the support base.

Harness

A rechargeable battery pack includes an external housing with a housing base and a housing hood, connected to the housing base and surrounding an interior space, and a rechargeable battery cell block arranged in the interior space. The battery pack has a water discharge structure for discharging water contained in the interior space and/or water entering the external housing from the outside. The water discharge structure has, on one side of the external housing, a double-labyrinth wall structure which is open to liquid. An outer labyrinth wall structure is formed by overlapping respectively of an outer side wall of the housing base and housing hood. An inner labyrinth wall structure, which is arranged offset in relation to the outer labyrinth wall structure in the direction of the interior space, is formed by overlapping respectively of an inner side wall of the housing base and housing hood.

Rechargeable battery pack

A harness has a support base and a support strap unit for the support base, and a holding device for releasably holding a battery pack in a support position on the support base. The holding device has a docking mechanism on the support base for pivotably docking the battery pack in a docking position, and a securing mechanism for securing the battery pack in the support position pivoted in towards the support base with respect to the docking position. The docking mechanism is arranged on a lower region of the support base, and the securing mechanism has a securing slide which is arranged displaceably on the support base between a release position and a securing position and has a securing hook, or a securing lever which is arranged pivotably on the support base between a release position and a securing position and has a securing bow. The securing hook or securing bow is designed to engage securely behind a corresponding mating securing element of the battery pack in the support position.
