A rocker device for a micromechanical Z sensor includes: two trough-shaped rocker arms mountable around a torsion pivot, the rocker device being configured asymmetrically with respect to the torsion pivot; and for each rocker arm, a strike region having at least one first strike element is provided, the strike region on each rocker arm being configured in definedly elevated fashion relative to a sensing region of the rocker device.

Rocker device for a micromechanical Z sensor

A sensor structure includes a substrate having a main extension plane, a first seismic mass and a second seismic mass, the first and the second seismic masses being deflectable relative to the substrate along a direction of deflection essentially perpendicular to the main extension plane. The first and second seismic masses are coupled together via a rigid coupling rocker pivotable around a rocker axis parallel to the main extension plane. The first seismic mass is suspended from the substrate with the aid of a first suspension spring, and an essentially rigid first coupling bar is situated between the first suspension spring and the first seismic mass.

Sensor structure and yaw rate sensor

A micromechanical component including a mass structure which may be deflected with respect to a substrate with the aid of at least one spiral spring in a direction of deflection. The spiral spring includes at least one folding section, which is formed by two spring legs which are situated essentially in parallel to each other and are connected to each other with the aid of a connecting bar. A damping device for oscillating movements of the folding section in the direction of deflection is provided in the area of the connecting bar.

A yaw rate sensor having a substrate, a first Coriolis element and a second Coriolis element is described, the first Coriolis element being excitable to a first vibration by first excitation means, and the second Coriolis element being excitable to a second vibration by second excitation means, and the first and second Coriolis elements being connected to one another by a spring structure, and the spring structure also including at least one rocker structure, the rocker structure being anchored on the substrate by at least one spring element.

Yaw rate sensor

An acceleration sensor includes a seismic mass which is suspended on springs above a substrate and is deflectable in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the substrate. In order to reduce deflections of the seismic mass along the surface of the substrate because of interference accelerations, which lead to a falsification of the measurements of the deflection of the seismic mass perpendicular to the surface of the substrate, the springs include two bending bars which are interconnected via crosspieces.
