An optoelectronic device comprises a layer stack, which includes a carrier layer, a cover layer, and a first layer. The first layer is in particular an intermediate layer, arranged between the cover layer and the carrier layer. At least one electronic or optoelectronic element, in particular an optoelectronic light source, is arranged on the first layer and at least one layer of the layer stack and preferably all layers of the layer stack are at least partially transparent. The layer stack comprises at least one layer which comprises particles with a high thermal conductivity and/or at least one thermally conductive layer which is arranged between two adjacent layers of the layer stack.

Optoelectronic device

An optoelectronic device, in particular an at least semi-transparent pane for example for a vehicle, comprises: a cover layer, a carrier layer, an intermediate layer between the cover layer and the carrier layer, wherein at least one and preferably a plurality of optoelectronic light sources, in particular μLEDS, is arranged on at least one surface of the intermediate layer and/or is at least partially embedded in the intermediate layer, wherein the intermediate layer is adapted such that light emitted by the optoelectronic light sources at least partially spreads in and along the intermediate layer and exits the intermediate layer within and/or at a pre-set distance to the respective optoelectronic light source in a direction through the cover layer and/or through the carrier layer.

Organic light-emitting diodes as well as luminaires with such organic light-emitting diodes are specified. The luminaires may in particular be the following apparatuses, or the luminaires are part of existing apparatuses: alarm, shower cubicle, shower head, solar protection, rain protection, lamp, bed, signaling light, changing cubicle, vision protection, housing, emergency lighting, mirror, slabs, ceiling lights, radiator cladding, blinds, noise protection, umbrella, warning light.

Organic-light emitting diode

An optoelectronic device comprises a plurality of optoelectronic light sources being arranged on a first layer, in particular an intermediate layer being arranged between a cover layer and a carrier layer. The first layer comprises or consists of an at least partially transparent material and each optoelectronic light source of the plurality of optoelectronic light sources comprises an individual light converter for converting light emitted by the associated light source into converted light. The light converter of each optoelectronic light source is arranged on the first layer and/or the associated optoelectronic light source.

A device comprising an organic light-emitting diode comprising an organic layer sequence, a radiation exit area and an encapsulation, wherein the organic layer sequence comprises at least one radiation-emitting region which generates electromagnetic radiation in the spectral range from infrared radiation to UV radiation during operation, and wherein the encapsulation forms a seal of the organic layer sequence against environmental influences, at least one touch-sensitive operating element, wherein the at least one touch-sensitive operating element comprises at least one touch sensor, wherein the device is flexible.

Organic-light-emitting diode

An organic light-emitting diode comprising an organic layer sequence, a radiation exit area and an encapsulation. The organic layer sequence comprises at least one radiation-emitting region which generates electromagnetic radiation in the spectral range from infrared radiation to UV radiation during operation. The radiation exit area is structured, so that the electromagnetic radiation has a directional emission profile. The encapsulation forms a seal of the organic layer sequence against environmental influences.

A method for producing an electronic component and an electronic component, having barrier layers for the encapsulation of the component. The method involves providing a substrate () with at least one functional layer (), and an electronic component, applying at least one first barrier layer () on the functional layer () by way of plasmaless atomic layer deposition (PLALD), and applying at least one second barrier layer () on the functional layer () by way of plasma-enhanced chemical v0apor deposition (PECVD).

Method for producing an electronic component and electronic component

A luminous means comprising a substrate having a first main surface, to which a first electrode is applied, a second electrode, an organic layer stack within an active region of the substrate between the first and the second electrode, wherein the organic layer stack comprises at least one organic layer which is suitable for generating light, and at least one reflective element, which is formed along a main plane of the luminous means, wherein the luminous means has two operating states, such that the luminous means is an illumination source in a first operating state and the luminous means is a mirror in a second operating state.

Organic lighting device and lighting equipment

Organic-light-emitting diode and luminaire

A method for producing an electronic component comprising barrier layers for the encapsulation of the component comprises, in particular, the following steps: providing a substrate with at least one functional layer, applying at least one first barrier layer on the functional layer via plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD), and applying at least one second barrier layer on the functional layer by means of plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), where the at least one first barrier layer is applied at a temperature of less than 100&#xb0; C.

An organic luminous means and an illumination device comprising such a luminous means are specified. An optical display apparatus, emergency lighting, motor vehicle interior lighting, an item of furniture, a construction material, a glazing and a display comprising such a luminous means and, respectively, comprising an illumination device having such a luminous means are furthermore specified.
