Short-circuiting ring and rotor for an electric machine

The invention relates to a synchronous machine with hybridenergisation, in particular a generator for supplying the electrical system of a motor vehicle, comprising a laminated stator () with a multiphase stator winding () and a laminated rotor () with an energizer winding (), which together with permanent magnets () around the rotor periphery, provides the energisation for the machine. According to the invention, favorable electrical and magnetic properties and an improvement in manufacturing conditions of the machine can be achieved, wherein the grooves () for the energiser windings () are disproportionately enlarged in relation to the groove base () and are preferably bell-shaped.

Electric machine

The invention relates to a synchronous machine with hybrid energization, in particular a generator for supplying the electrical system of a motor vehicle, comprising a laminated stator () with a multiphase stator winding () and a laminated rotor () with an energizer winding (), which together with permanent magnets () around the rotor periphery, provides the energization for the machine. The invention relates to a DC current machine, in particular a DC current motor for driving a blower of a motor vehicle, with a pole housing forming the stator of the machine, a rotor that is rotatably mounted in two bearing plates, and with a brush support for supplying current to the rotor. According to the invention, a support is integrated into the brush support, with de-tensioning for the electrical connecting cables of the machine, which means that a secure fastening, de-tensioning, and insulation of the connecting cables is achieved without additional components and without additional expense in the assembly of the machine.

Direct current machine

The present invention relates to an electrical machine including a rotor shaft, a hollow-cylindrical magnet element, a first covering disk, and a second covering disk, in which the first and second covering disks are secured to the rotor shaft, and the magnet element is secured on its first axial end to the first covering disk and on its second axial end to the second covering disk.

Rotor for an electrical machine with improved temperature stability

The invention relates to a device () for accommodating an electric motor (), particularly a blower motor for a heating or air-conditioning system, comprising an essentially pot-shaped accommodating housing () serving as a motor housing and having an accommodating opening () in which the pole casing () of an electric motor () can be inserted while at least partially projecting inside. The inventive device also comprises a retaining flange () mounted on the accommodating housing () and serving to fasten the motor housing () to a supporting element, and comprises a control and regulating unit () mounted on the retaining flange () and serving to operate the electric motor (). The invention provides that the accommodating housing () has, in the peripheral direction, at least one flattened area (), which differs from a circular shape while corresponds with at least one flattening () of an outer contour of the control and regulating unit (). The invention also relates to an electric motor (), particularly a direct-current motor having at least two permanent magnetic poles () and a pole casing () serving as a magnetic return ring and having at least one flattening () on the periphery of the pole casing, for use in a device () of the aforementioned type.

Method for accomodating an electric motor

A magnet mount for at least one magnet includes a carrier element and at least one restraining element. The restraining element is formed as a single piece with the carrier element. The restraining element preferably is formed simply and cost-effectively as a projection protruding from the carrier element.

Magnet retainer and method for fixing a magnet on a support element

A reluctance motor electric machine including a number of stator pole teeth and a number of rotor pole teeth selected so that with a minimal reluctance, due to the rotational alignment of the rotor in relation to the stator, three air gaps that can be flowed through are produced between three pairs of stator pole teeth and rotor pole teeth. This results in the fact that now three regions of the yoke body are elastically pulled in the direction of the rotor rotational axis and consequently, the elastically deformed zones of the yoke body only extend over essentially and therefore act in a more rigid fashion. This results in the advantage that with the same excitation frequency, the deformations take place with small amplitudes and therefore with less generation of noise.
