Ventilator with adjustable user interface

An electrical plug-in connection () provides a positive connection of a plug-in element () to a receiving element () within a medical device arrangement (). The plug-in element forms a male part with an insertion area (). The receiving element forms a female part with a receptacle () corresponding to the insertion area. In a plugged-together state this provides an electrical connection between a plug-side cable () connected to the plug-in element and a receptacle-side cable () connected to the receiving element via at least two contact areas. The insertion area is 180&#xb0; rotationally symmetrical relative to an insertion axis () of the electrical plug-in connection. The insertion axis is oriented to an insertion direction, whereby a pole reversal of the electrical plug-in connection is allowed without being mirror symmetrical in relation to a reference plane comprising the insertion axis.

The positioning aid () is a flexible sheet fixed to a holding structure (). The positioning aid () can be stretched out by the holding structure (). The width to which the positioning aid () can be stretched out is adjustable by adjusting a width of the holding structure (). The positioning aid () can be pulled and/or pivoted out of the incubator chamber () with the aid of the holding structure (). The holding structure () is movably mounted in the bed substructure. The holding structure () has at least two pivotable holding arms (). The two holding arms () form a holding arm pair.

Thermotherapy device for newborn and premature infants

A thermotherapy device (incubator) includes a lying surface bordered by side walls with a side wall part suspended via a hinge allowing downward pivoting with a lock for an upright closed position. The locking mechanism has a closing projection that can enter an open side receptacle, with guide curve, to lock the side wall part in the upright closed position on a stationary structure of the heat therapy device. The closing projection or the receptacle is suspended so as to be linearly movable in the direction of connection lines thereof to the pivot axis of the hinge, such that the closing projection can be moved to a position in front of the open side of the receptacle. A preloading apparatus ensures that the closing projection and the receptacle are pressed together in form-closed engagement when the closing projection and the open side of the receptacle are oriented toward each other.

Incubator for newborn infants

A heat therapy appliance for treatment of neonates has a lying surface on a platform bordered by side walls, a hood movable between a closed incubator position, bearing on the side walls and covering the lying surface, and an open nursing care position, a radiant heater secured on the appliance structure and directed at the lying surface, lifting devices acting on the platform, and a control device actuating the lifting devices to adjustably set an angle of inclination of the platform with respect to the horizontal. The platform is mounted so as to be adjustable in height. The control device also actuates the lifting devices in the same direction, to adjust the vertical position of the platform with respect to the side walls between a first position and a second position higher than the first position.

A heat therapy device, in particular an incubator, for treating newborn children, has a bordered lying surface () freely accessible from above for accommodating a newborn child. A hood () can be moved between a closed position in which the bordered lying surface () is covered and an open exposed bordered lying surface position. A radiation heater () is suspended from a support structure () and is directed at the surface (), in such a way that, after the movement from the closed position to the open position, the end () of the hood facing the support structure () lies vertically at least at the height of the radiation heater () and lies horizontally further from the support structure () than the radiation heater, such that the hood () assumes a position outside of a radiation cone () from the radiation heater () onto the lying surface ().

A device (FV) for filtering breathing gas has a housing (G) with a gas inlet (GE), a gas outlet (GA) and a filter (F), which is arranged in a first housing section (G) formed between the gas inlet (GE) and the gas outlet (GA). Fastening device, medical instrument and instrument system with such a fastening device

An electrode belt for impedance tomography shall be improved such that it has a simple design and makes possible good contacting of the electrodes () with the body of the test subject to be examined. The electrode belt () has at least 16 electrodes () on an electrode holder or belt material (), which is elastic at least in some sections. The belt formed of one or more belt material sections completely surrounds a test subject to be examined on the circumference of the body.
