A radiator shutter for a motor vehicle for controlled engine ventilation, having a frame in which at least two louvres are mounted rotatably to pivot from a closed position to an open position. A motor which drives a single louvre is provided in or on the frame on an engine side of the frame. On the same side is a coupling element which synchronously transmits the rotation of the louvre to the other louvres. A locking disc is provided for each louvre on the mounting side of the frame facing away from the engine side of the frame, in the region of the mounting provided there for the louvres. The locking discs have a form which, if at least one of the locking discs does not rotate synchronously with all the other locking discs, blocks the rotational movement of the locking discs in a force-fitting and form-fitting manner.

Radiator shutter for motor vehicles

A method for producing a thermoplastic container () for gases or liquids. First, in an injection mould having a first () and a second mould (), in a first position providing each a cavity () for an upper () and a lower shell (), producing the shells in parallel. Next, opening the mould, the shells () remaining in a respective mould. Then, turning or shifting at least one of the two moulds such that the concave interior sides of the shells are aligned against each other and closing the mould, so that the edge regions () of the shells come into face-to-face contact. Injection material is injected into a cavity () between or adjacent to the edge areas (), forming an all-round welded seam () between the upper part () and the lower part (). Finally the mould is opened and the at least one container is removed.

Method for producing a container

A description is given of a component () having at least one area of plastic (), which extends with the surface () thereof that is facing a front side () along a reference plane (). The component is characterized in that, in this area of plastic (), the wall of plastic () has a wall thickness (d) in the range of 0.2-5 mm, in this area of plastic () there is formed a continuous two-dimensional grid () of channel-shaped depressions (), in which depressions () the wall of plastic (), while keeping substantially the same wall thickness (d), is offset out of the reference plane () by an offset (v) and, perpendicularly to the reference plane (), in the depressions () the offset (v) lies in the range of 1.5 to 5 times the wall thickness (d) from the reference plane () to the surface () of the rear side (), wherein the grid () forms a pattern comprising a multiplicity of grid cells () recurring in two directions of the reference plane ().
