The invention relates to a method for introducing a material web into a corrugating device having a corrugating roller for generating from the material web a corrugated web. The method comprises the step of attaching at least one double-sided adhesive tape piece which has a first adhesive face and a second adhesive face that is opposite the first adhesive face to the material web by means of the first adhesive face upstream of the corrugating device of the material web, and guiding the material web through the corrugating device in such a manner that the second adhesive face adheres to the rotating corrugating roller while entraining the material web for introducing the material web.

The arrangement includes corrugating rollers to produce a corrugated web, a glue application mechanism and a pressure belt module, which comprises a deflection roller with a deflection roller longitudinal center axis, a belt tensioning and belt running regulating roller with a belt tensioning and belt running regulating roller longitudinal center axis and a pressure belt, which is guided about the deflection roller and the belt tensioning and belt running regulating roller, to press a cover web onto the corrugated web provided with glue.

Arrangement for producing a corrugated board web laminated on one side

The invention relates to a splicer device comprising a first unwinding device to unwind a non-endless first material web and a second unwinding device to unwind a non-endless second material web as well as a joining device for joining together the non-endless material webs to form an endless material web. The splicer device further has a storage carriage, which comprises at least one deflection roller to deflect the endless material web and is displaceable between two end positions to form or loosen material web loops of the endless material web. The at least one deflection roller has a respective central longitudinal axis and is tiltable between two tilt end positions to influence a running direction of the endless material web. The splicer device further has an information processing unit to cause tilting of the at least one deflection roller depending on positional information regarding the endless material web and/or another endless material web to be joined thereto.

Splicer device

The invention relates to a device for producing a web of corrugated cardboard comprising a first corrugating roller for producing a corrugated web. The device further has a glue application roller for applying glue to the corrugated web. The glue application roller is associated to the first corrugating roller so as to form a gap and is displaceable relative to the first corrugating roller in order to influence the glue application quantity. The device further comprises a displacement device for displacing the glue application roller relative to the first corrugating roller and a pressing device for pressing a laminating web against the corrugated web. It is further provided with a regulating device which is in signal connection with the displacement device, a gap regulating unit in order to adjust a gap width of the gap between the first corrugating roller and the glue application roller, and a contact force regulating unit in order to adjust a contact force applied to the first corrugating roller by the glue application roller.

Device for producing a web of corrugated cardboard that is laminated on at least one side

An installation for folding and stacking an endless web of corrugated cardboard comprises at least one corrugated cardboard production device for producing an endless web of corrugated cardboard, a squeezing device which is arranged downstream of the at least one corrugated cardboard production device for embossing folds into the web of corrugated cardboard, and a folding device which is arranged downstream of the at least one squeezing device for folding the web of corrugated cardboard along the folds. The folding device has a first engagement member which is guided for displacement so as to carry along the web of corrugated cardboard in the region of a first fold and at least one second engagement member which is guided for displacement independently of the first engagement member so as to carry along the web of corrugated cardboard in the region of a second fold which is arranged upstream of the first fold. Furthermore, the installation comprises a stacking device which is arranged downstream of the folding device for stacking the web of corrugated cardboard, which has been folded along the folds, in such a way as to form stacks.
