A control device for controlling a hydraulic pressure of a fluid transmission includes a pressure sensor for detecting actual pressure values of the hydraulic pressure, an electronic control unit for generating a control signal as a function of the actual pressure values detected by the pressure sensor and a reference pressure signal delivered to the control unit, a power switch controlled by the control signal and a solenoid valve actuated by the power switch for generating the hydraulic pressure. The control device is configured as a compact electromagnetic unit. The electronic control unit is respectively connected to the pressure sensor and to the power switch by a direct electrical connection. A method for controlling a hydraulic pressure of a fluid transmission is also provided.

Controlling a hydraulic pressure of a fluid transmission

A method is provided for producing a tight, form-fitting connection between a housing cover and a housing body, wherein the housing cover has cover tabs protruding from an edge thereof, and an edge area of the housing body has recesses for respectively receiving the cover tabs. The method involves positioning the housing cover on the housing body and deforming the cover tabs in the housing recesses to produce the tight, form-fitting connection in a single operation with a single tool.

Method for producing a tight, form-fitting connection

For a motor vehicle control device, a housing lid and a base plate form a hollow area that contains an interconnect device arranged on the inner side of the housing lid. The housing lid has at least one opening surrounding the interconnect device, adjacent to an electronic component and/or an electrical contact area on the interconnect device. On or in the opening, a flexible foil conductor strip is arranged with an end section thereof covering the opening. A lid plate covers the opening completely, and the interposed foil conductor strip is thus connected in an oil-tight manner with the housing lid. Electrical connection lines between the components and/or the contact areas on the interconnect device and an electrical contact area on the end section of the foil conductor strip create the electrical connection between the control electronics on the interconnect device and the surrounding area outside of the control device.

Control device for a motor vehicle

A motor vehicle control device includes a housing lid and a base plate that are connected with each other in an oil-tight manner via a frame. An interconnect device with at least one electronic component and/or at least one electrical contact area is arranged on the base plate. Respectively in the area of an electronic component and/or an electrical contact area, the base plate includes a foil conductor strip, of which an end section facing the interconnect device in turn includes an electrical contact area. The frame completely surrounds the interconnect device and includes one opening respectively in the area of an electrical contact area of the foil strip. Via connection lines, the electronics on the interconnect device are electrically connected with the contact area in the opening, and thus with the electronic components outside the control device.
