A computing node to implement a management entity in a CP-based network. The node including processing circuitry configured to encode an inquiry message requesting information on CPS capabilities. Response messages are received from a set of sensing nodes of a plurality of sensing nodes in response to the inquiry message. The response messages include the information on the CPS capabilities of the set of sensing nodes. A notification message indicating selecting of a sensing node as a sensing coordinator is encoded for transmission. Sensed data received in a broadcast message from the sensing coordinator is decoded. The sensed data including data associated with one or more non-V2X capable sensing nodes.

The baseband circuit is configured to determine the projected signal based on an estimated signal state information such that an energy of a shaped projected signal is smaller than an energy of a shaped signal. The estimated signal state information is an estimate of a signal state information based on the first signal and a received signal that is received by a receiver of the second communication device. The shaped projected signal is the projected signal received by the receiver of the second communication device and filtered by a filter of the second communication device. Disclosed embodiments include technologies for managing co-existence among multiple Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) Radio Access Technologies (RATs), including distributed and centralized management schemes. Distributed management embodiments include a resource management time interval, accessible to multiple V2X RATs, allows stations implementing different RATs to request more or less resources. Stations of the respective other technologies may agree or object to such a request. Distributed management embodiments include a passive mechanism based on configured lookup tables that stations select based on channel measurements and/or other conditions/parameters. The centralized management embodiments involve a central management entity observing the penetration levels of each V2X RAT in a service area, and depending on the findings, the entity issues an allocation decision on the applicable sharing allocation. The disclosure relates to systems, methods, and devices for protecting Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communications (also known as intelligent transport systems (ITS) communications) from spurious emissions of nearby wireless devices operating in near-band or adjacent frequency bands. The system detects radio signals of a nearby ITS communication device, determines its radio communication parameters, and determines an interference condition based on whether the wireless device may interfere with the ITS communication device. The system also requests a change, based on the interference condition, in the radio subsystem communication parameters of the wireless device. The system also determines a geographic location of the wireless device, and, based on whether the requested change complies with a regulatory requirement of the determined geographic location, implements the requested change.

Systems, devices, and methods for protecting V2X communications from near-band interference

A circuit arrangement includes a preprocessing circuit configured to obtain context information related to a user location, a learning circuit configured to determine a predicted user movement based on context information related to a user location to obtain a predicted route and to determine predicted radio conditions along the predicted route, and a decision circuit configured to, based on the predicted radio conditions, identify one or more first areas expected to have a first type of radio conditions and one or more second areas expected to have a second type of radio conditions different from the first type of radio conditions and to control radio activity while traveling on the predicted route according to the one or more first areas and the one or more second areas.

Methods and apparatuses for vehicles, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). A method for traffic control can include detecting a traffic condition; determining whether to adjust a virtual traffic sign responsive to detecting the traffic condition; and adjusting the virtual traffic sign based on the traffic condition. Adjusting the virtual traffic sign can include encoding a message for transmission to a base station within a range of the virtual traffic sign, the message including at least one of a virtual traffic sign type and a virtual traffic sign value. A base station may generate first configuration information to configure a first user equipment ('UE') to operate using a first bandwidth within a wideband carrier of a cell, generate second configuration information to configure a second UE to operate using a second bandwidth within the wideband carrier of the cell, and cause transmission of the first and second configuration information to the first and second UEs, respectively.
