An insulated subassembly for connecting pipelines, containing two insulating half shells made from an insulating plastics, in each case a housing half shell surrounding an insulating half shell, wherein the housing half shell surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the insulating half shell, and at least one hinge connecting the housing half shells, wherein the insulated subassembly contains at least one coupling, preferably quick couplings, positively surrounded by the insulating half shells, and integral closure elements are arranged on the housing half shells.

The invention relates to a method for producing a tubular hollow body () with at least three pipe openings, partly or completely consisting of plastics material. It is provided that a lost core pipe (), which has a connection opening () on each of its ends and has at least one docking opening () along its length, is produced, that the core pipe () is introduced into a cavity of a mold, with two non-lost core pieces () being arranged with one of their ends () respectively against the connection openings () in a sealing manner and a non-lost core part () being arranged with one end against the docking opening () in a sealing manner, in that plastics material () is then introduced into the mold cavity to encapsulate the core pipe (), the core pieces () and the core part () and that, once the plastics material () has cured, the core pieces () and the core part () are withdrawn from the hollow body () created. Method for producing a tubular hollow body, and tubular hollow body

A bayonet fastening which can be used to connect two pipeline components, in particular connection elements. The pipeline components which are to be connected respectively comprise a cylindrical receiving part () and the second pipeline component comprises an insertion part () which can be introduced into the receiving part. A clamping ring () is arranged on the outer diameter of the insertion part and the receiving part can be pushed onto said clamping ring. The bayonet fastening can be locked by rotating the receiving part and the insertion part in relation to one another.
