A control flap assembly for a gas flow in a fuel cell system, in particular in a vehicle, includes a control flap housing providing a gas flow channel, and a control flap with a disk-like control flap body which can be adjusted in the control flap housing between a closed position preventing a gas flow through the gas flow channel and at least one open position opening up the gas flow channel for a throughflow. A control flap seat is provided on the control flap housing, and a sealing region bearing against the control flap seat in the closed position of the control flap is provided on the control flap. The sealing region includes resilient sealing material on an external peripheral region of the control flap body.

Control flap assembly for a gas flow in a fuel cell system

A coupling arrangement is disclosed for the rotational coupling of a drive element of a pivoting drive of an exhaust-gas flap for the exhaust-gas flow of a combustion engine to a pivot shaft rotatable about a pivot axis. A first coupling element has a coupling region coupled to a pivot shaft for rotation about the pivot axis. A preload element generates a force acting on the first coupling element and the second coupling element in a peripheral direction with respect to one another and generates a force acting in an axial direction between the coupling elements. One of the coupling elements includes two radially outwardly extending rotational coupling projections and the other coupling element includes a rotational coupling cutout receiving the projection. The one coupling element is held axially on the other coupling element by the preload element to prevent the projections from moving out of the cutouts.

Coupling arrangement

An exhaust-gas flap device, including for the exhaust-gas flow of an internal combustion engine, has a flap pipe and a flap plate that is supported in the interior of the flap pipe on a pivot shaft. The pivot shaft is rotatable about a pivot axis (A). The pivot shaft has first and second axial end regions and is supported rotatably on the flap pipe by respective first and second bearing assemblies. The pivot shaft is configured, in the first axial end region, for coupling to a drive element of a pivot drive. The pivot shaft is, in at least one of the axial end regions, in contact with vibration-damping material that is supported relative to the flap pipe.

Exhaust-gas flap device

A coupling arrangement is disclosed for rotationally coupling a drive element of a pivoting drive of an exhaust-gas flap for the exhaust-gas flow to a pivot shaft that is rotatable about a pivot axis. A first coupling element has a coupling region coupled to the pivot shaft for conjoint rotation about the pivot axis and a second coupling element has a coupling region coupled to the drive element for conjoint rotation about the pivot axis. A preload element acts on the first coupling element and the second coupling element substantially in a peripheral direction with respect to one another. One of the coupling elements has two rotational coupling projections which extend radially outward with respect to the coupling region of the coupling element. The other coupling element includes, so as to be assigned to each rotational coupling projection, a rotational coupling cutout which receives the corresponding rotational coupling projection.

An exhaust-gas flap device, especially for the exhaust-gas flow of an internal combustion engine, has a flap pipe and a flap plate that is supported, in the interior of the flap pipe, on a pivot shaft that is rotatable about a pivot axis. The exhaust-gas flap device further includes a pivoting drive for the pivot shaft with a drive element. A coupling unit couples the drive element to the pivot shaft for conjoint rotation about the pivot axis. Vibration-damping material is arranged in the region of the coupling unit.

A coupling device, for the rotary coupling of a pivot shaft of a flap diaphragm of an exhaust gas flap with a drive element, includes at least one coupling element () with a first coupling area () configured for coupling to the pivot shaft (), with a second coupling area () configured for coupling to the drive element () and with at least one connection area () connecting the first coupling area () to the second coupling area (). In the coupled state, the first coupling area () and the second coupling area () are prestressed in a direction towards one another or in a direction away from one another. The at least one coupling element () is formed with sheet material.

Coupling device for the rotary coupling of a pivot shaft of a flap diaphragm of an exhaust gas flap with a drive element

An electric exhaust gas valve device () controls a flow cross section () of an exhaust pipe () of an exhaust system () of an internal combustion engine. The valve device includes an electric drive () driving a driven shaft () rotatingly about an axis of rotation (). An exhaust gas valve () has a drive shaft () aligned coaxially to and rotatable about the axis of rotation for controlling the cross section. A coupling device () transmits torques between the driven shaft and the drive shaft and includes a connection element connected to the drive shaft, a transmission element () connected to the driven shaft and the connection element with a prestressing spring () supported axially on the connection element and/or on the drive shaft as well as on the transmission element and axially driving the transmission element against the driven shaft to reduce thermal load.

Electric exhaust gas valve device

A three-way flap valve () includes an inlet (), a first outlet (), a second outlet (), and a valve flap (). The valve flap () can be moved between at least a first position and a second position. In the first position of the valve flap (), fluid flowing in through the inlet () is directed to the first outlet (). In the second position of the valve flap (), fluid flowing in through the inlet () is directed to the second outlet (). A surface () of the valve flap () circumscribed by an outer edge () includes at least a first surface section (A), where the surface of the valve flap () has a curvature.

A heat exchanger () includes a housing (), which contains a tube () and has a jacket (), which surrounds the tube () while forming a ring channel (). A primary inlet () and a primary outlet () are connected to one another fluidically via a primary path () carrying a primary medium through ring channel () and via a bypass path () carrying the primary medium through the tube (). A control device () controls the flow of the primary medium through the primary path () and the bypass path (). A secondary inlet () and a secondary outlet () are connected to one another fluidically via at least two secondary paths () for carrying a secondary medium. The primary path () is coupled with the secondary paths () in a heat-transferring manner with the media separated from one another.

Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger () includes a housing (), which contains a tube () and has a jacket (), which surrounds the tube () while forming a ring channel (). A primary inlet () and a primary outlet () are fluidically connected with one another via a primary path () carrying a primary medium through the ring channel () and via a bypass path () carrying the primary medium through the tube (). A control () controls the flow of the primary medium through the primary path () and through the bypass path (). At least two secondary inlets () and two secondary outlets () are fluidically connected with one another via at least two secondary paths () for carrying at least one secondary medium. The primary path () is coupled with the secondary paths () in a heat-transferring manner and such that the media are separated from one another.

A heat exchanger () has a first inlet () and a first outlet (), which are fluidically connected with one another via a first path () carrying for a first medium to be cooled. A second inlet () and a second outlet () are fluidically connected with one another via a second path () carrying a second medium. A third inlet () and a third outlet () are fluidically connected with one another via a third path () carrying a third medium. The first path () is coupled with the second path () and with the third path () in a heat-transferring manner and in such as way that the media are separated. The heat-transferring coupling between the first path and the second path takes place upstream of the heat-transferring coupling between the first path and the third path relative to the direction of flow of the first medium.
