A three-part fastening element having, as the first part or element, a first sleeve which is slit axially at least once, preferably a number of times, at one of its two ends and is thus radially spreadable and has a cylindrical basic shape and, at both ends, stop regions projecting radially from an approximately uniform cylindrical outer circumferential surface. The second part or element comprising a second sleeve which can be introduced into said first sleeve as a spreading mandrel for the radially spreadable end region of the first sleeve and has a radially projecting collar at its end remote from the spreadable end of the first sleeve. The second part or element intended for fastening a first component, by way of the first sleeve, on a wall provided with an opening for receiving the spreadable end of the first sleeve. The third element comprising a cap with a spreading pin which extends from the latter that is intended for introduction into the spreading mandrel which is the second sleeve. The third element intended for clamping in a second component between the first and second sleeves, on the one hand, and the cap, on the other hand. The improvement comprising the cap also having a fastening hook, preferably integrally formed on the cap, at its end remote from the cap, the spreading pin is provided with radially spread, elastically deformable spreading tongues with barbs, it being the case that, with the spreading pin inserted to the full extent in the first and second sleeves, the barbs project radially out of the two sleeves in a withdrawal-blocking manner.

Fastener having three parts

A container for the noise-muffling accommodation of a unit to be installed in a vehicle, such as an electric motor, a pneumatic pump or the like, has two container parts. Each container part is formed by a foam part and is fitted together to form a closed housing. The housing is adapted to be clipped to a vehicle bodywork for assembly on neighbouring parts of the vehicle. A U-shaped holder is partially integrated into one container part. The U-shaped holder is foamed in place. The legs of the U-shaped holder each have a clipping member on mutually opposite wall parts of the container supporting it. The clipping members extend beyond the aperture edge of the container part to clip together the two container parts. A flange projects outwardly from the container walls to secure the container in a gap in the bodywork. Each flange, on its side remote from the respective clipping member, has at least one supporting shoulder projecting laterally outwardly from the container part. The shoulder is moulded onto a spring tongue cut out of the leg of the U. The shoulder, when the container is installed, is supported on a marginal part of the bodywork gap located between the flange and the supporting shoulder.

Receptacle for sound-damping accommodation of a unit which can be installed in a motor vehicle

A protective packing element bears at its end 5 which is to be fixed on a wall opening a coupling piece which can be locked therein. The coupling piece is equipped with tongue-like locking elements and can be plugged onto a plug which itself can be plugged, for example, into an electrical plug-in connector located behind the wall opening. The locking elements have assigned to them deflection faces on the outer circumference of the plug. The plug and packing element end or coupling piece are inserted together into the wall opening. The locking elements of the coupling piece engage behind the wall opening in the course of insertion of the plug and are spread apart by the deflection faces during the further insertion of the plug. The locking elements eventually overrun the deflection faces and are secured in a spread-apart position.

Packing element

A device for coupling and uncoupling at least the cores of two cable line sections is disclosed, particularly for use in a motor vehicle theft prevention installation for prevention unauthorized opening of the engine hood and the like. A control element is provided by which positive engagment of two shaped parts each connected to a cable line core can be created and/or cancelled by remote control.

An anti-theft device for a car radio having a theft module, which renders the car radio inoperative when the radio is slid out of its installation recess in the vehicle, is provided by a joint housing for a power supply and anti-theft protection plug connection elements, as well as for a change-over switch controlling the theft module. The housing is fastened via the plug connection elements at the rear wall of the car radio such that the change-over switch is inevitably actuated by the frame of the installation recess during the sliding-out of the radio.

Anti-theft device for an automobile audio set

An anti-theft arrangement for a sound-reproducing apparatus, such as a radio, installed into a mounting compartment of a motor vehicle whose contact arrangement assures a high functioning reliability both during the driving operation as well as during service and installation operation as also during unauthorized removal of the apparatus.
