An airflow deflector is provided that includes at least one liner attachment flange, a deflector panel, and at least one deflector leg. The at least one liner attachment flange has a liner side surface and an opposing outer surface. The at least one deflector leg extends between and is attached to the at least one liner attachment flange. The at least one deflector leg extends a distance between the deflector panel and the liner attachment flange to maintain the deflector panel a separation distance from the liner attachment flange. The airflow deflector is configured for insertion of the at least one deflector leg and the deflector panel within a liner aperture.

Airflow deflector and assembly

A conduit that includes a first segment forming a first sidewall of the conduit and a second segment forming a second sidewall of the conduit. The first segment may include a first inner surface and a first outer surface and the second segment may include a second inner surface and a second outer surface. The first segment may be coupled to the second segment such that the first inner surface and the second inner surface jointly form an inner conduit surface and the first outer surface and the first inner surface jointly form at least a portion of an outer conduit surface, wherein the outer conduit surface has an airfoil geometry. The first segment and the second segment may be detachably coupled together.

A gas turbine engine comprises a compressor, a combustor and a turbine. A housing for the gas turbine engine includes a mount member to define a vertically upper location. Sides of the engine are defined on opposed sides of the mount, with a fuel filter, a fuel pump and a fuel flow meter being positioned on a first side and an oil pump, an oil filter and an oil tank positioned on a second of the sides.

Gas turbine engine accessory architecture

A fluid conduit for a gas turbine engine includes a first fluid conduit attachable to a second fluid conduit and securable together with a lockable connector. The connector includes a first portion including external threads and a second portion receiving the first portion and including internal threads mating to the external threads of the first portion. The internal threads include lead threads defining a first thread interface with the external threads for starting attachment of the first portion to the second portion and locking threads defining a second thread interface for locking the first portion to the second portion.

Locking fluid fittings

A cooling manifold has a plurality of pieces. The pieces extend in a circumferential direction to abutting flanges. The flanges are secured together at circumferential ends of each piece. Cooling channels are formed in between inner and outer walls. Air inlets are formed in the pieces with the air inlets delivering air in the interior. There are fingers on an outer periphery. The fingers are aligned within an air outlet. The air can be delivered into the inlet, cool the interior, and leave through the outlet extending to a main conduit. The main conduit is secured directly to an outer periphery of the cooling manifold.
