Apparatus, systems, and methods for providing a screening surface in a vibratory machine are provided. In one example embodiment, a screening system includes a plurality of bucker bar covers. Each bucker bar cover is adapted to fit over one of a plurality of bucker bars. Each bucker bar cover can have one or more recesses. The system further includes a plurality of panel fastening members (e.g., panel fastening straps, panel fastening shrouds, etc.). Each panel fastening member is adapted to extend across the plurality of bucker bar covers in one of the one or more recesses of the bucker bar covers. Each panel fastening member can have a fastening feature. The system can further include a plurality of screen panels. Each screen panel can have a fastening recess having a shape adapted to engage with the fastening feature of one of the panel fastening members.

Screening system for portable vibratory machine

A pipe transporter traction wheel suitable for mounting on a pipe transporter travelable along an interior surface of a pipe may include a tractor portion configured to be attached to a pipe transporter, the tractor portion having a tractor surface configured to contact an interior surface of a pipe when the pipe transporter is driven in the pipe. The tractor portion may include a harder granular material and a softer matrix material embedding the granular material. The wheel may include a hub and/or a mounting interface. A kit may be provided including one or two adapters and a wheel.

A screening panel and screening arrangement are provided for screening materials. The screening panel includes a peripheral frame having a first side frame member and an opposing second side frame member defining an opening therebetween. Further, the screening panel includes a plurality of spaced elongated screening ribs defining a screening surface of the screening panel. The screening panel includes a one or more sets of screening ribs that extend continuously across at least a portion of the screening surface of the screening panel in a non-parallel direction relative to a flow direction of material in the screening arrangement.

A system, method, and apparatus for detecting wear in a screening arrangement is disclosed. The system, method, and apparatus can include a sensor that is configured to provide a notification signal when a surface of a screen panel has worn to a threshold level. The threshold level can be based at least in part on the amount of wear that requires replacement of a screen panel to prevent breakthrough or contamination. The notification signal provided by the sensor can be used to identify which screen panel or region of screen panels has been worn to the threshold level so that the screen panels can be replaced in a timely manner. The sensor may be coupled to a conductor embedded in one of the screen panels that is altered when a screen panel has worn to a threshold level, triggering the sensor to provide the notification signal.

System, method, and apparatus for detecting wear in a screening arrangement

A screening arrangement and a modular system and modular protective cover for protecting a support frame in a screening arrangement is disclosed. The modular system includes a plurality of modular protective covers mounted in side-by-side relationship. Each of the modular protective covers includes a top surface and two opposing side walls that define a recess. The modular protective cover has a male component located at a first end of the modular protective cover and a female component located at a second end of the modular protective cover. The male component of the modular protective cover is adapted to mate with the female component of an adjacent modular protective cover to provide a generally continuous protective surface along a length of a support frame.

System and apparatus for protecting a support frame used in a screening arrangement

A glass filler defines a main body having a lower surface. An inlet and outlet are each defined in the lower surface of the main body. An outlet chamber is defined in the main body and contains an outlet valve, which includes an outlet valve housing defining a castellated edge. The outlet valve includes a cylindrical sleeve that defines an inner surface that is crenellated and configured to receive an implement that can be inserted and used by the operator to rotate the cylindrical sleeve in a manner that controls the amount of liquid exiting the outlet of the glass filler.

A spray valve is configured with a fluid path that always provides dynamic water flow on both opposite surfaces of the seating flange of the valve stem when the valve is almost completely closed and when the valve is just beginning to be opened. This equalization of dynamic pressure from the incoming water flow tends to reduce the frequency of vibration that is imposed upon the valve stem and biasing member by the incoming water flow. A check valve is built into the spray valve, which has a trigger lock and a selectively removable spray disk. The valve has an outer sleeve that surrounds the valve's base member and defines a gap therebetween and is formed of mechanical shock-resilient, heat-insulating material.

Pre-rinse unit spray valve mechanism

A fluid valve assembly includes a housing, a valve, a rotatable driver received in the housing in operative communication with the valve, and an over-center linkage disposed between the driver and the housing. The housing includes an entrance to permit fluid flow into the housing and an exit to allow fluid flow out of the housing. The valve is disposed between the housing entrance and exit. The valve is configured in an open state to permit fluid flow through the housing and in a closed state to block fluid flow through the housing. Rotation of the driver from a first rotational position toward a second rotational position moves the valve from the closed to the open state, and rotation of the driver from the second rotational position to a third rotational position permits the valve to return to a closed state. The over-center linkage biases the driver to either the first or third rotational position.

Fluid valve assembly

A faucet assembly with a vertical riser that is easier to install both for an initial installation and a retrofit installation. The faucet assembly has a main faucet body that defines an axially extending cavity. A positive locking mechanism in the form of a resiliently compressible star lock washer is disposed to rest on the bottom of the cavity, which is provided with an opening that communicates with a pressurized water service. A hollow adapter sleeve is inserted into the cavity on top of the star lock washer. An O-ring between the exterior of the adapter sleeve and the surrounding sidewall that defines the cavity effects a water-tight fit between the adapter sleeve and the sidewall. The tapered threaded end of the riser is detachably connected to the adapter sleeve by being screwed into the tapered threaded opening of the adapter sleeve. A retaining nut that is slidably mounted over the riser is screwed onto the main faucet body to confine the adapter sleeve in the cavity and prevent axial movement of the adapter sleeve out of the cavity. The tightening of the retaining nut to the main faucet body applies pressure to the adapter sleeve that compresses the star lock washer, which prevents rotation of the main faucet body relative to the adapter sleeve and the riser.

Faucet assembly with easy-install pre-rinse unit mechanism

A fluid flow control device is provided as an integral component of a drainage system for sinks in a commercial environment. This fluid flow control device includes a housing that is disposed beneath a waste valve and configured to define a flow control insert that is configured and disposed to interrupt the flow of fluid leaving the waste valve and before that flow reaches a grease interceptor. Both the housing and flow control insert are desirably made as a unitary structure from cast metal. Alternatively, the housing can define a ledge that receives a removable disk forming the flow control insert. In both embodiments, the flow control insert that has an opening through the insert that is sized for a flow area according to the needs of the fluid flows that are anticipated in the drainage system in question.
