Devices and methods for providing interactivity during a swallowing exercise are disclosed. Sensory guidance is presented to guide a user through a set of swallows to be completed by the user during the swallowing exercise. Signals are received from a sensor device worn by the user, the signals representing surface electromyography data obtained when the user performs the swallowing exercise. Sensory feedback of the user's exertion level is presented, the feedback generated from the electromyography data and updated as further electromyography data is received from the sensor device, wherein the sensory feedback is presented in association with an exertion level calibrated to the user's ability.

Systems and methods for diagnosis and treatment of swallowing disorders with gamification

An improved feeding system is provided to permit sequential entry to animals, one at a time, into a feeding station that weighs the animal, and then provides or prevents access to a single feed or feed blend based on body weight or other criteria. It exits each animal if no feed is to be provided, or after feeding for a specified period of time. The system accommodates animals housed in groups and allows individual animals to be fed precisely with minimal labour input. Feed consumption by individual animals is limited by the amount of time they remain in the feeding area of the station and the amount of feed provided to them. The system provides for the ongoing collection of data about the animals' growth, and controls and monitors feed intake and body weight.

System and method for feeding animals

A method, apparatus and article of manufacture are provided for obtaining and displaying Internet content using a remote secondary display and a primary handheld computing device. The primary device includes a cellular or satellite modem to connect to the Internet and wireless data transport system to communicate with the secondary device. The primary device retrieves network data from the Internet and transmits it to the secondary device for display. The secondary device includes a graphical user interface which may be controlled from the primary device.

The present invention relates to a method and system which allows for the transfer of pointer movements and events from small devices with space and data rate constraints to a display device. This will allow a pointer device to be implemented in a small area, but will still enable full pointer movement and event capabilities.
