A multilevel birdbath consists of a main body that has a concave, contoured inside surface and an exterior lower surface, the main body further has a flat rim surrounding the concave inside surface and the concave inside surface optionally has stepped areas fluctuating in height and a sloping portion such that the stepped areas would create different depths of the multilevel birdbath which can accommodate and attract birds of different sizes and species.

Skin antiseptic composition dispensers and methods of use are disclosed. The skin antiseptic composition dispenser may include a container with one or more walls that are substantially impermeable to ethylene oxide gas during normal ethylene oxide sterilization processes. In some embodiments, the container may include flexible walls free of metallic foil barrier layers. The containers may also include one or more vents in addition to one or more openings used to dispense the skin antiseptic composition within the container. The dispenser may include an applicator with a hydrophilic foam.

A viral barrier composite of a thermoplastic film thermally bonded on at least one side thereof to a breathable thermoplastic web, and method for making the same. The viral barrier composite has viral barrier properties, a moisture vapor transmission rate of at least 700 g/m.sup.2 /24 hours and a bond strength between the thermoplastic film and breathable thermoplastic web of at least 0.07N/cm. The viral barrier composite is formed by calendering an assembly comprising a thermoplastic film and a breathable thermoplastic web between a smooth roll and a pattern roll. The viral barrier composite may be used for constructing articles of protective apparel.
