A multicolor powder center supplies at least one powder spraying device with different types of coating powder as required. The multicolor powder center has at least one powder container for receiving coating powder and at least one pump unit comprising at least one powder pump, in particular a dense flow pump or a diluted flow pump. The pressure side of the at least one powder pump is fluidically connected or can be fluidically connected to the powder inlet of a powder spraying device. The at least one powder container has at least one suction channel which is preferably formed in a suction pipe and which has a suction opening that opens into the interior of the powder container and an opposite discharge opening that opens into a connection, wherein the suction side of the at least one powder pump can be fluidically connected to the connection of the powder container.

Multicolor powder center for supplying at least one powder spraying device with different types of coating powder as required

A multicolor powder center is provided for supplying at least one powder spraying device with different types of coating powder as required. The multicolor powder center has at least one powder container for receiving coating powder and at least one pump unit comprising at least one powder pump, in particular a dense flow pump or a diluted flow pump. The pressure side of the at least one powder pump is fluidically connected or can be fluidically connected to the powder inlet of a powder spraying device. The pump unit is paired with a docking unit, via which the suction side of the at least one powder pump can be fluidically connected to the interior of the powder container as required.

A multicolor powder center is disclosed for supplying at least one powder spraying device with different types of coating powder as required. The multicolor powder center has a first powder container for receiving a first type of coating powder, at least one second powder container for receiving a second type of coating powder, and at least one pump unit comprising at least one powder pump. The pressure side of the at least one powder pump is fluidically connected or can be fluidically connected to the powder inlet of a powder spraying device. The at least one pump unit and/or the powder container can be moved relative to each other such that the suction side of the at least one powder pump is fluidically connected or can be fluidically connected either to the interior of the first powder container or the interior of the at least one second powder container as required.

The invention relates to a powder supplying device for a powder coating installation with at least one powder container, which has a powder chamber for coating powder, and with at least one powder injector, which is connected or can be connected to a powder discharge channel opening out via a powder discharge opening in the powder chamber, in order to suck coating powder out of the powder chamber in the powder coating operation of the powder coating installation with the aid of conveying compressed air fed by the powder injector. In order to make it possible for the powder to be changed quickly in an easy manner, it is provided according to the invention that the powder discharge channel has a reduced length of at most 300 mm, preferably a length of 160 mm to 240 mm and more preferably a length of 200 mm.

Powder supplying device for a powder coating installation

The invention relates to a screen insert () for a powder container () of a powder supplying device, the screen insert () having a screen unit () for screening coating powder and an ultrasonic transducer () for generating ultrasonic vibrations. The screen unit () is connected to the ultrasonic transducer () in such a way that the ultrasonic vibrations generated by the ultrasonic transducer () can be transferred to the screen unit (). To allow a particularly compact construction of the screen insert () to be achieved, according to the invention a screen carrier () which can be placed onto the powder container () is provided, for holding the ultrasonic transducer (), with the screen unit () connected thereto, in such a way that the screen unit () is arranged below the screen carrier (), so that the screen unit () is inside a powder chamber (), formed by the powder container (), when the screen carrier () has been placed onto the powder container ().

Screen insert for a powder chamber of a powder supplying device

A powder supplying device for a powder coating installation with at least one closable powder container, which has a substantially cuboidal powder chamber for coating powder and a fluidizing device for introducing fluidizing compressed air into the powder chamber. At least one inlet opening is provided in a side wall of the powder container for feeding coating powder during a powder coating operation of the powder coating installation or for introducing cleaning compressed air during a cleaning operation of the coating installation. At least one outlet is provided for discharging fluidizing compressed air introduced into the powder chamber or for discharging cleaning air introduced into the powder chamber during the cleaning operation together with residual powder transported along with the cleaning compressed air. At least one powder feed line and at least one cleaning compressed-air feed line are connected via a diverter to the at least one inlet opening.

Powder supplying device and method for automatically cleaning a powder supplying device

A powder supplying device for a powder coating installation with at least one closed or closable powder container, which has a cuboidal powder chamber for coating powder. In order to quickly change the powder, one or more cleaning compressed-air inlets to which a compressed air source can be connected in a cleaning operation of the powder coating installation for removing residual powder from the powder chamber, in order to introduce cleaning compressed air into the powder chamber, is provided in a side wall of the powder container.

A powder spray coating facility is automatically switched between a first operating mode in which only recovery powder is moved into an intermediate receptacle, and a second operating mode in which only fresh powder from a fresh powder unit is fed to the intermediate receptacle. Switching may be carried out from the second operating mode to a reserve powder operating mode when, following switching from the first operating mode to the second operating mode, an intermediate receptacle sensor continues to transmit a 'powder needed' signal.
