Also provided herein are conjugates comprising an FGFR1/KLB targeting agonistic antigen-binding protein, or a fragment thereof, and at least one GLP-1R agonistic peptide. FGFR1/KLB targeting agonistic antigen-binding proteins and conjugates thereof with GLP-1R agonistic peptides

The present invention relates to polypeptide variants of human fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF21) and fusion molecules thereof, as well as to nucleic acid molecules encoding the same.
