A drive assembly comprises at least an electric drive having a drive shaft, and a transmission having at least one input shaft, wherein a drive power of the electric drive can be transmitted to the input shaft via the drive shaft, and can be transmitted from the input shaft into the transmission. The drive shaft and the input shaft are coaxial to one another and are interconnected by way of a toothing that is form-fitting at least in a circumferential direction. The drive shaft and the input shaft are at least frictionally connected at least in relation to an axial direction at least via a press fit formed in each case between an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface which are parallel to an axis of rotation, or the drive shaft and the input shaft together form a form-fitting connection via a connecting element.

Drive assembly having an electric drive and transmission

An actuator arrangement for operating a clutch and a parking lock in a driveline of a motor vehicle comprises: a clutch having a clutch actuating member configured to drivingly connect or disconnect a clutch input part and a clutch output part; a parking lock having a locking element movable to a locking position to lock a ratchet wheel, and to a release position to release the ratchet wheel; and a parking lock actuating member for actuating the locking element; a controllable actuator with a movable actuator setting member which is movable into at least three setting positions and is operatively connected to the clutch actuating member and to the parking lock actuating member such that in a first setting position the parking lock is closed, in a second setting position the clutch is closed, and in a third setting position the clutch and the parking lock are opened.

Actuator arrangement for electric drive

A transmission assembly for an electric drive comprises a drive shaft, a reduction gearing rotatably drivable by the drive shaft, a power distribution unit drivingly connected to the reduction gearing and configured to transmit a rotational motion to two output parts, a parking lock unit having a parking ratchet wheel which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a torque-transmitting member in the power path between the drive shaft and the output parts, and having a controllable locking element which can be selectively engaged with the parking ratchet wheel; wherein the parking lock unit is arranged in a parking lock housing which is liquid-tightly sealed with respect to a transmission housing so that a first oil bath in the transmission housing is separated from a second oil bath in the parking lock housing.

A parking lock unit for a drive assembly, in particular with an electric motor, comprises a parking lock housing, a ratchet wheel rotationally fixedly connected to a part of the drive assembly, which is rotatably supported about a rotational axis by at least one bearing, and comprising a connecting portion and an engagement portion which are connected to one another via a web portion; a locking element which is supported in the parking lock housing and can lock and release a rotational movement of the parking ratchet wheel about a longitudinal axis of the parking ratchet wheel, and a controllable locking actuator which can reversibly transfer the locking element into a position locking the parking ratchet wheel and a position releasing the parking ratchet wheel, wherein the parking ratchet wheel is formed such that the engagement portion is axially offset with respect to the connecting portion.

Parking lock unit and drive arrangement

An electromotive drive assembly comprises a housing arrangement with a first and second housing element between which an intermediate plate is arranged; a drive unit comprising a drive shaft which is rotatably drivable about a first axis of rotation; a transmission arrangement with an intermediate shaft which extends through an opening of the intermediate plate and is rotatably drivable by the drive shaft, and with a power split unit which is drivingly connected to the intermediate shaft and is rotatably supported about a third axis of rotation coaxial with the first axis of rotation by a first bearing in the intermediate plate and a second bearing in the second housing element; and a clutch arrangement by which the power path between the drive unit and the power split unit can be selectively connected and disconnected, wherein the opening comprises a clutch receptacle on which at least one element of the controllable clutch arrangement is axially supported.

Electric drive assembly

A parking lock arrangement for a drive train of a motor vehicle includes a controllable locking mechanism and an unlocking mechanism. The controllable locking mechanism includes a spindle drive with a spindle shaft rotationally drivable about a spindle axis, an actuator for rotating the spindle shaft and a positioning element movable by rotating the spindle shaft for actuating a blocking element. The blocking element acts at least indirectly on a drive element in a blocking or releasing manner. The unlocking mechanism includes an unlocking element and a manually operable control element. The unlocking element is movable via the control element from a normal position, in which the unlocking element is spaced apart from the spindle shaft, into an engagement position, in which the unlocking element is coupled in torque-transmitting manner to the spindle shaft for forced releasing of the locking mechanism.

Parking lock arrangement

A process of controlling an actuating assembly for a coupling in the driveline of a motor vehicle, wherein the actuating assembly comprises a drive for moving an actuating element for operating the coupling unit, sensing a position signal representing the position of the actuating element; sensing a force signal representing the operating force required for displacing the actuating element; controlling the drive by means of an electronic control unit as a function of the position signal and the force signal. Further an actuating assembly is used for carrying out the process, as well as a drive assembly having such an actuating assembly.

Clutch actuating assembly

A drive assembly for a motor vehicle has a multi-step transmission and a differential drive. The drive assembly comprises an electric machine (), a reduction gearing () drivingly connected to the electric machine (), a driveshaft () drivingly connected to the reduction gearing () and drivingly connectable to a front propeller shaft () for driving the front axle, and a housingin which the electric machine () and the reduction gearing () are arranged. The disclosure relates to a coupling assembly for connecting an optionally drivable secondary driveline to a permanently driven primary driveline, comprising a friction coupling and an axial setting device. The friction coupling has a first coupling part and a second coupling part which are rotatable around an axis of rotation A and which, by axial forces, can be coupled to one another for transmitting torque. The axial setting device is configured for actuating the friction coupling, wherein the axial setting device comprises a first ring which is at least indirectly axially supported relative to a fixed component and a second ring which is supported at least indirectly relative to the first ring and which, when at least one of the first and second rings; is rotated around the axis A, is axially displaceable, wherein, for rotating the at least one of the first and second rings there is provided a linear driving mechanism.

A power transfer unit assembly for a vehicle. The power transfer unit includes a housing, an internal variable speed differential positioned within the housing, a first front side shaft rotatively connected to the differential, a second front side shaft rotatively connected to the differential, an input shaft interconnected to at least one of the first and second side shafts, and at least one shifting mechanism for engaging at least one of the first and second shafts with at least one mode selection gear set. Engagement of the mode selection gear set transfers torque through the input shaft to selectively engage with a second gear set interconnected to a power transfer final drive unit assembly having an internal variable speed differential.

A parking lock assembly for a motor vehicle is described that has at least one electrically drivable driving axle. The parking lock comprises an electric drive, a shaft which is arranged in the driveline of a motor vehicle and which is drivable by the electric drive, as well as a locking mechanism which is controllable in the locking sense in order to prevent a rotational movement of the shaft and which is controllable in the opening sense in order to release the shaft. The electric drive is controllable in order to transmit torque to the shaft if, in spite of the locking mechanism being controlled in the opening sense, the shaft is prevented from carrying out a rotational movement. Furthermore, a method of actuating such a parking lock assembly is described.

Parking lock for a motor vehicle and method of operating a parking lock

An actuating assembly for connecting a driving axle in the driveline of a motor vehicle is disclosed. The actuating assembly comprises a pump for generating a hydraulic pressure; a pressure accumulator which can be filled by the pump with a hydraulic fluid for generating a pre-pressure; a first hydraulic actuating unit for actuating a first coupling; a second hydraulic actuating unit for actuating a second coupling; wherein at least one of the two first or second hydraulic actuating units can be loaded by the pressure accumulator with hydraulic pressure and, after the pressure accumulator has been at least partially emptied, can be additionally loaded by the pump, wherein the associated first or second coupling can be actuated in the closing sense. Furthermore, a drive assembly having an inventive actuating assembly is also disclosed.

Actuating assembly

A drive assembly for a multi-axle driven motor vehicle is disclosed herein. The drive assembly comprises a differential unit having a rotational axis, an input part and two output parts drivably connected to the input part, an externally controllable selectable coupling, and an externally controllable locking coupling. The output parts have a compensating effect among each other. The externally controllable selectable coupling is for drivably connecting the differential unit to a drive source. The externally controllable locking coupling is for locking the compensatory movement between both output parts of the differential unit. The selectable coupling and the locking coupling are arranged coaxially to the rotational axis.

Drive assembly

A drive assembly for a motor vehicle driven by a plurality of axles includes a differential unit, an externally controllable hang-on coupling, an externally controllable locking coupling, a first hydraulic actuating unit, and a second hydraulic actuating unit. The differential unit includes an input part that is rotatably drivable around an axis of rotation, and two output parts drivingly connected to the input part. The hang-on coupling drivingly connects the differential unit and a driveshaft. The locking coupling locks the differential movement between the two output parts of the differential assembly. The first hydraulic actuating unit actuates the hang-on coupling and the second hydraulic actuating unit actuates the locking coupling. The first hydraulic actuating unit, the hang-on coupling, the second hydraulic actuating unit and the locking coupling are arranged coaxially relative to the axis of rotation.
