A heat exchanger for an exchange of heat between a first fluid and a second fluid includes a block including: a plurality of flow ducts configured to be traversed by the first fluid, and a housing that holds the flow ducts and is configured to be traversed by the second fluid; a base connected to the block, the base including one or more passage openings for the flow ducts, the base comprising a first base part and a second base part; and at least one casing cover that is in fluid-communication with the flow ducts and that is attached to the base.

The present invention relates to a heat exchanger for controlling the temperature of a first fluid using a second fluid, wherein the heat exchanger has a base for separating the first fluid from the second fluid, said base having a sealing region. Furthermore, the heat exchanger has a partition for separating the first fluid from the second fluid, wherein the at least one partition is connected in a fluid-tight manner to the base, wherein the at least one partition forms a fluid duct for the first fluid. Furthermore, the heat exchanger has a housing. In the sealing region between the base and the housing, there is arranged a sealing element which is pressed in a fluid-tight manner against the base and against the housing.

An intake pipe for an internal combustion engine, comprising an outer housing of the intake pipe, wherein a feed line for charge air opens into an inlet section of the housing, a heat exchanger that is integrated in the intake pipe and cooled by a coolant and that comprises a plurality of exchanger tubes, in particular flat tubes, and an engine flange for connecting the intake tube to a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine, wherein charge air flows through the exchanger tubes and at least a section of the outer housing is designed as a water jacket surrounding the exchanger tubes.

A heat exchanger, particularly for charge air or exhaust gas, performs heat exchange between a first fluid and a second fluid, and includes heat exchanging guides for the first and second fluids, the guides being separated from each other in a core, the core having a plurality of flow channels through which the first fluid flows, and a housing that receives the flow channels and through which the second fluid flows. The heat exchanger also includes at least one compartment lid, which is flow-connected to the flow channels, and a base that is attached to the compartment lid and that is equipped with one or more passage openings for flow channels. A device for exhaust-gas recirculation for an internal combustion engine is provided that includes a flange for attaching to a cylinder head of the internal combustion engine. Combustion air flows from a passage region of the flange directly into at least one intake duct of a cylinder, and an inlet for an inflow of recirculated exhaust gas into the combustion air is provided.
