Systems and methods are disclosed herein for managing electronic access from remote devices to a plurality of back-end computer platforms. The system includes a front-end computing system connected to the plurality of computerized back-end services by a data network, the front-end computer system including a network interface, a profile utility, and security utility. The network interface is configured to receive a registration request for a user identity. The front-end computer system invokes services of the security utility to verify information concerning the user identity and to register a global user account for the user. The front-end computer system invokes the profile utility to merge or link pre-existing user accounts associated with the user identity for the plurality of computerized back-end services. The front-end computer system also invokes the profile utility to determine roles for the user identity in relation to each of the computerized back-end services.

A system for enterprise distribution of electronic and paper documents for multiple insurance products is disclosed. The system including a memory device to store policy information for multiple insurance products associated with each of a plurality of clients. The memory device stores document delivery settings, including contact information and notification/alert preferences. The system includes a processor to generate document delivery questions relating to the preferred medium for notification and alert documents. The system includes a receiver to receive responses to the document delivery questions. The processor generates consent questions and updates the document delivery settings based on the response to the document delivery questions and the consent questions. The system may also include a transmitter to transmit a message to the clients notifying them of the change in the document delivery settings and to transmit a message notifying a source system of the change in document delivery settings.

System and method for distributing electronic and paper documents as per customer consent

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for managing electronic access from remote devices to a plurality of computer platforms. The system includes a processor, a network interface, and a memory. The network interface is configured to receive a user identity provided by a device remote to the system and an access request from the device to access a selected computer platform from the plurality of computerized platforms. The memory stores computer executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the system to determine a set of access rights for the device based on the user identity and a role associated with the user identity, as related to the selected computerized platform. The computer executable instructions, when executed by the processor, further cause the system to allow the user to access the selected platforms according to the access request only if the access requested is included in the determined set of access rights.

System for providing dynamic portal transaction authentication and authorization

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for managing electronic access to a plurality of computerized insurance services. A network interface is configured to receive a user identity provided by a user remote to the system and an access request from the user to access a selected computerized insurance service from the plurality of computerized insurance services. A memory stores computer executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the system to determine a set of access rights for the user based on the user identity and an insurance-related role associated with the user identity and allow the user to access the selected computerized insurance service according to the access request only if the access requested is included in the determined set of access rights. At least two of the computerized insurance services are implemented on substantially different information platforms.

System and method for providing dynamic insurance portal transaction authentication and authorization

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for processing a first-time registration request for electronic access to a plurality of computerized insurance services. A network interface is configured to communicate with the plurality of computerized insurance services by interfacing with a plurality of disparate information platforms and communicating with a user computing device. A memory stores a portal module, a profile module, and a security module, each in the form of computer executable instructions, which, when executed by a processor, cause the system to receive a user identity, a first-time registration request of the user identity, and one or more secure information items associated with the user identity from the user computing device, determine a verification score for the user identity based on the one or more secure information items, and selectively register the user identity with a plurality of the computerized insurance services based on the verification score.
