A self-supporting apparatus of varying dimensions, which occupies the gap between the bracket of a j-hook channel and the adjoining squat rack upright. Spacer body is appropriately sized to encompass the excess space existing between the back channel of an oversized j-hook and the back side of the smaller squat rack upright, thereby providing a generalized means of adapting a larger bracket such that it may be coupled to a rack or rig of smaller size.

The present invention relates to software and a method of use for implementing workflows and managing engagements and staff. More particularly, the present invention relates to a software module tracking data of staff, engagements and workflows and a method of using such data in the management of staff and assignment of tasks. Information concerning employees is input into a database by the manager and the employees, and is tracked therein. The information concerning an employee includes an employee's availability, ability and experience. Workflow/Task information is input into the database when either a client makes a request for service of the business, or a workflow/task internal to the business is needed to be performed. Task information includes the nature of the work and deadlines. Task information is compared to the employee information. A list is automatically generated naming the employees best suited to the mandate of the task. The manager then chooses a name from the top of the list and assigns the task to that employee.

Wi-Fi setup application and path switching applications are provided to allow commands received from native applications of the UE to be redirected to a Wi-Fi engine. A method is presented that establishes, at a telecommunication device that is at a particular service region of a first communication network, a Transmission Control Protocol over Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) connection between the telecommunication device and a network controller that communicatively couples several service regions of the first communication network to a licensed wireless second communication network. The method receives a channel activation message from the network controller over the TCP/IP connection. The channel activation message initiates the telecommunication device to activate a channel for a communication session. The method sends communication session data through an activated channel to the network controller for routing to the licensed wireless second communication network. The method receives a release message from the network controller over the TCP/IP connection. The release message causes the telecommunication device to terminate the communication session by releasing the activated channel.
