This disclosure describes techniques and devices for improvement of surgical outcomes for tissue removal surgeries. A surgical instrument with adjustable and selective resection is described. The disclosed devices and methods allow selective tissue removal.

Selective tissue removal treatment device

Provided for may be a pump failsafe apparatus for use with a pump motor, the pump failsafe apparatus comprising a foot pedal configured to generate a first signal when depressed and a second signal when released. The apparatus may comprise a power supply having an internal logic controlled power switch, the power supply in electrical communication with at least the pump motor, wherein the internal logic controlled power switch includes an active state (ON) and an inactive state (OFF). The apparatus may further include an overspeed detector, an under voltage detector in electrical communication with at least the power supply, the under voltage detector configured to measure a logic voltage, and a pump cartridge detector.

System, apparatus, and method for a pump motor failsafe

Provided for may be a motor speed control apparatus for use with a piston pump. The piston may be adapted to create a plurality of compressions and the piston may have a compression path and a decompression path. Further, the piston cylinder may include a proximal end, a distal end, and a piston length. The piston cylinder may have a proximal threshold position and a distal threshold position. In an embodiment, the apparatus includes a proximal and a distal hall effect sensor. The apparatus may comprise a computer, wherein instructions instruct the piston to decelerate at the distal threshold position during the compression path and the proximal threshold position during the decompression path, and/or wherein the computer executable instructions instruct the piston to accelerate at the distal threshold position during the decompression path and the proximal threshold position during the compression path.

System, apparatus, and method for motor speed control

Provided is an electromagnetic interference mitigation apparatus including a power supply; a power cord; a power supply chassis encapsulating at least the power supply, the power supply physically isolated from the power cord; a low value resistor in electrical communication with at least the power cord and the power supply; and a capacitor disposed between the power supply chassis and an equipment chassis, wherein the equipment chassis encapsulates the power supply chassis, wherein the equipment chassis is disposed a distance from the power supply chassis, and wherein the capacitor is formed by the equipment chassis and the power supply chassis.
