An example operation may include one or more of transferring a copy of a plurality of revised translation data sets to be added to an IVR application into a grid structure, each revised translation data set comprising a prompt name in a first field, an IVR prompt in a second field, a translation of the IVR prompt into a different language in a third field, and a timestamp in a fourth field, executing, via a processor, an accuracy validation on the plurality of revised translation data sets, wherein, for each revised translation data set, the processor identifies whether a respective translation in a different language in a third field is an accurate translation of a respective IVR prompt in a second field based on attributes of the respective translation and the respective IVR prompt, and displaying results of the accuracy validation via a user interface.

Validation of revised IVR prompt translation

An example operation may include one or more of transferring a copy of a plurality of revised translation data sets to be added to a software application into a grid structure, each revised translation data set comprising a prompt name in a first field, an interactive voice response (IVR) prompt in a second field, a translation of the IVR prompt into a different language in a third field, and a timestamp in a fourth field, identifying two revised translation data sets in the grid structure that comprise a duplicate prompt names in first fields thereof, deleting an oldest revised translation data set among the two identified translations data sets from the grid structure which has an oldest timestamp, and storing the grid structure without the deleted oldest revised translation data set in a repository.

Automated management of revised IVR prompt translations

An example operation may include one or more of receiving a data file comprising a list of interactive voice response (IVR) prompts, identifying a set of IVR prompts within the received data file that are included within a common sequence, assembling text content from each IVR prompt in the set of IVR prompts within the common sequence into a string of text content, and modifying the data file to include the assembled string of text content within a field of the modified data file.

Prompt list context generator

An example operation may include one or more of receiving a data file comprising a list of interactive voice response (IVR) prompts, identifying an IVR prompt with incorrect content that will cause an error during one or more of reading and playing of the IVR prompt, modifying the incorrect content via addition or removal of an element from text content within the IVR prompt, and storing the modified IVR prompt in memory.

Prompt list modification

To provide a more natural sounding set of voice prompts of an interactive voice response (IVR) script, the voice recordings of the prompts may be modified to have a predetermined amount of silence at the end of the recording. The amount of silence required can be determined from the context in which the voice prompt appears in the IVR script. Different contexts may include mid-sentence, terminating in a comma, or a sentence ending context. These contexts may require silence periods of 100 ms, 250 ms and 500 ms respectively. Voice files may be trimmed to remove any existing silence and then the required silence period may be added.

Providing unique prompts for script, comprising sequencing, by a processor, at least one script in a design order having at least one prompt, identifying, by the processor, duplicate prompts of the at least one prompt, identifying, by the processor, unique prompts of the at least one prompt, translation tagging, by the processor, the identified unique prompts and replicating, by the processor, the translation tagged unique prompts to the identified duplicate prompts.
