An animal-identifying assembly is configured to be selectively secured to and removed from an animal. The assembly may include an identifying band configured to be wrapped around a portion of an animal. The identifying band may include at least one protuberance proximate a first end and at least one reciprocal aperture proximate a second end. The aperture(s) is configured to receive and retain the protuberance(s). The assembly also includes a securing strap configured to be selectively secured to, and removed from, the identifying band. The securing strap and the identifying band are configured to be reused.

Animal-identifying band assembly

A system includes sensors for transmitting data on a low power and/or short range transmission link, and one or more coordinators in wireless communication with the sensors. The coordinators convert signals received via the low power and/or short range transmission link to a longer range transmission link. A base station is in wireless communication with the coordinators via the longer range transmission link so that data generated by the sensors is transferred to the base station via the coordinators.

Remote monitoring systems

A saddle clamp which incorporates internal electrical bonding elements adapted to maintain electrical contact with a clamped tube structure without transferring structural load between the tube and the electrical bonding components. The saddle clamp includes an inner tube contacting surface having at least one surface groove. At least one electrical contact element extends between portions of the inner tube contacting surface. The electrical contact element includes tube contact segment disposed in opposing relation to a portion of the surface groove. The electrical contact element is electrically connected to the mounting bracket to transmit electrical charge from the tube.

Saddle clamp having electrical bonding character

Embodiments of the present invention provide a fastening support assembly configured to securely connect a first panel above a second panel. The fastening support assembly includes a shaft having a cap at a first end and a distal tip at a second end. The shaft defines an internal chamber. The distal tip is configured to secure to the first panel. A pin is positioned within the internal chamber, wherein movement of the pin into the internal chamber radially expands the shaft. A portion of the shaft and the pin proximate the cap are configured to substantially fill a hole formed through the second panel when the second panel is secured to the fastening support assembly.
