A cremated remains remembrance and burial system that includes an urn, an urn lid, an urn enclosure and a headstone. The urn includes an enclosure with an opening, a first sealing mechanism and second sealing mechanism. The urn lid is capable of engaging the first sealing mechanism to substantially seal the enclosure. The urn enclosure has a recess formed therein that is adapted to receive the urn. The urn enclosure is adapted to engage the second sealing mechanism to retain the urn in engagement with the urn enclosure. The headstone has an opening formed therein that is adapted to receive at least a portion of the urn. The headstone is adapted to engage the second sealing mechanism to retain the urn in engagement with the headstone.

Cremated remains remembrance and burial system

A dental syringe system including a gun element, for association with a tip element, to mix and dispense respective dental materials of and while the materials yet have plastic or flowable consistency. The gun has a chamber in which to load cartridges of respective such materials, a motor, two plungers, a ram to move relative to the gun, and a trigger-and-gears mechanism to operate the plungers in association with the motor, and separately to operate the ram. The trigger is mounted to move to and between several positions. At one such position, the trigger operates the motor to advance the plungers into respective sites where such cartridges may be loaded and, when cartridges are so loaded, to express materials from the cartridges and the gun. At a subsequent such position, the trigger extends the ram from the gun, and the motor and the plungers disengage. The tip element has a trans-tip passage with a cavity, vanes within the cavity, and a channel from the cavity. When the gun is so loaded and carries the tip element so that the chamber is in communication with the cavity, the trigger is operable in two respects: first, to advance the plungers and to express material from each cartridge into the cavity, and, second, to extend the ram into the cavity, to mix the materials on the vanes, and to urge mixed materials from the tip element via the channel. Two trigger-and-gear mechanisms for the gun are disclosed.

Automatic mixing syringe for dental materials

A method for fabrication of a restoration for a patient's dentition by pinhead molding comprising the steps of examining the patient's dentition, restoring gross areas of tooth loss, and restoring proper anatomy and contour of the dentition, forming a first optically correct impression of the dentition and scanning the first impression to provide a first data set, appropriately isolating and preparing the patient's dentition for the dental restoration, forming a second optically correct impression of the dentition and scanning the second impression to form a second data set, comparing the first and second data sets and deriving a third data set based upon the comparison, the third data set being descriptive of a restoration to be prepared, and forming the restoration by pinhead molding of a flowable composite material in accordance with the third data set. An apparatus is also described for fabrication of a restoration for a patient's dentition.
